K\u00ebto mjete jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Planit p\u00ebr Rritje Ekonomike t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor dhe synojn\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtimin e reformave dhe afrimin e ekonomive t\u00eb rajonit me tregun e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt evropian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas njoftimit, fondet do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr zbatimin e Agjend\u00ebs s\u00eb Reformave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, si dhe p\u00ebr financimin e projekteve ky\u00e7e infrastrukturore t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga Korniza e Investimeve p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor (WBIF). Fushat kryesore t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb sundimin e ligjit, qeverisjen, zhvillimin ekonomik, tranzicionin digjital dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr, si dhe forcimin e kapitalit njer\u00ebzor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autoritetet theksojn\u00eb se pagesat e ardhshme do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me zbatimin e reformave t\u00eb dakorduara. N\u00eb total, Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb zotuar t\u00eb realizoj\u00eb 111 hapa reformash, ku secili hap lidhet me nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb caktuar financiare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po ashtu b\u00ebhet e ditur se deri m\u00eb 30 qershor 2026 pritet p\u00ebrmbushja e 13 hapave t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb reformave, me vler\u00eb rreth 90.8 milion\u00eb euro, nd\u00ebrsa deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti pritet p\u00ebrmbushja e 27 hapave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb me vler\u00eb rreth 165.9 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bashkimi Evropian n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb vler\u00ebson se ky plan p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr procesin e reformave dhe integrimin evropian t\u00eb vendit, nd\u00ebrsa nga ana e Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb theksuar p\u00ebrkushtimi p\u00ebr zbatimin n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb agjend\u00ebs s\u00eb reformave dhe shfryt\u00ebzimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsive financiare t\u00eb ofruara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas pal\u00ebve, ky mekaniz\u00ebm financimi synon jo vet\u00ebm mb\u00ebshtetje buxhetore, por edhe nxitjen e reformave strukturore q\u00eb rrisin stabilitetin ekonomik dhe p\u00ebrshpejtojn\u00eb procesin e integrimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bashkimi Evropian ka nisur bartjen e mjeteve t\u00eb parafinancimit prej 61.8 milion\u00eb eurosh p\u00ebr Republika e Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Planit p\u00ebr Rritje Ekonomike p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor.
