Drejtori i institutit,&nbsp;<strong>Sergei Chepur,<\/strong>&nbsp;shkroi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2019 n\u00eb revist\u00ebn Voyennyy Zhurnal (Revista Ushtarake), duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se disa nga substancat q\u00eb po testojn\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb &#8220;funksionet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta nervore&#8221;. Prandaj, thot\u00eb ai, eksperimentet n\u00eb kafsh\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme dhe nevojiten testime mbi &#8220;ushtar\u00eb vullnetar\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht e qart\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb sakt\u00ebsisht k\u00ebto teste. Materialet n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebrmendin vet\u00ebm gj\u00ebra t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme: zhvillimin e llojeve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb arm\u00ebve dhe pajisjeve ushtarake, testimin e fuqis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre shkat\u00ebrruese, p\u00ebrdorimin e drog\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur ose kontrolluar aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e ushtar\u00ebve dhe mbrojtjen nga kushtet e ashpra dhe t\u00eb rrezikshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instituti hapi nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr mjek\u00ebsore k\u00ebrkimore me 100 shtret\u00ebr n\u00eb vitin 2018, e cila p\u00ebrfshin departamente t\u00eb kujdesit intensiv, kirurgjikale dhe terapeutike. N\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb t\u00eb tij, atje u kryen m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 300 v\u00ebzhgime t\u00eb ushtar\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb testimin e drog\u00ebs, vaksinave dhe arm\u00ebve.Chepur foli p\u00ebr nj\u00eb prov\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2023 n\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb ushtarake n\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Petersburg. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, ai tha se po testonin municione artilerie te vullnetar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar se \u00e7far\u00eb lloji dhe fuqie shp\u00ebrthimi nevojitej &#8220;p\u00ebr t\u00eb eliminuar ose paaft\u00ebsuar personelin armik&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a class=\"se__anchor image-popup-vertical-fit open-gallery--photoswipe-embed photoswipe-event\" href=\"https:\/\/media.jutarnji.hr\/images\/slike\/2026\/04\/16\/24996753.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.jutarnji.hr\/images\/slike\/2026\/04\/16\/24996753.jpg?1776498849\" alt=\"imazh\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas p\u00ebrshkrimit t\u00eb tij, testet u zhvilluan n\u00eb nj\u00eb poligon st\u00ebrvitjeje ku u ngrit\u00ebn simulime t\u00eb fortifikimeve ruse dhe t\u00eb NATO-s. Gjat\u00eb eksperimenteve, shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt monitoruan reagimet psikofiziologjike dhe kardiovaskulare t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve, mor\u00ebn mostra dhe p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb matur se si shp\u00ebrthimet e predhave 122 dhe 300 milimetra, n\u00eb distanca t\u00eb ndryshme, ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb trupin e njeriut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit kan\u00eb raportuar rritje t\u00eb papritura, ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme, t\u00eb tensionit t\u00eb gjakut, si dhe ndryshime n\u00eb sistemin qarkullues dhe nervor, si dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi me shqisat dhe t\u00eb menduarit. Sipas materialeve t\u00eb konferenc\u00ebs t\u00eb raportuara nga Proekt, rezultate t\u00eb tilla mund t\u00eb lejojn\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e k\u00ebtij municioni p\u00ebr t\u00eb paaft\u00ebsuar armikun &#8220;me nj\u00eb shkaktim t\u00eb garantuar t\u00eb l\u00ebndimeve t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn mesatarisht t\u00eb r\u00ebnda&#8221;.Nga rruga, ky institut konsiderohet nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e programit rus t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb arm\u00ebve kimike.
