“Pas gjasht\u00eb vitesh ndjekjeje, af\u00ebrsisht 90 p\u00ebrqind e pacient\u00ebve q\u00eb zhvilluan nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje imune jan\u00eb ende gjall\u00eb”, tha Balachandran n\u00eb konferenc\u00eb. “Ne mendojm\u00eb se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb emocionuese p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faza e par\u00eb e prov\u00ebs p\u00ebrfshinte 16 pacient\u00eb me kancer t\u00eb operuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb pankreasit, s\u00ebmundja e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve nuk ishte p\u00ebrhapur ende n\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb trupit. Ata mor\u00ebn vaksin\u00ebn e re t\u00eb personalizuar pas operacionit, s\u00eb bashku me imunoterapi dhe kimioterapi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tet\u00eb pacient\u00eb pat\u00ebn nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje imune pozitive, duke treguar se qelizat e tyre T ishin gati p\u00ebr t\u00eb synuar qelizat kancerogjene. Sfidat dhe pritjet realiste<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Megjithat\u00eb, kanceri i pankreasit i operuesh\u00ebm zbulohet mjaft rrall\u00eb. S\u00ebmundja \u00ebsht\u00eb e fsheht\u00eb dhe nganj\u00ebher\u00eb quhet “vras\u00ebs i heshtur” sepse af\u00ebrsisht 90 p\u00ebrqind e pacient\u00ebve diagnostikohen shum\u00eb von\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrje kirurgjikale, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga rrug\u00ebt e pakta drejt sh\u00ebrimit.N\u00eb fazat m\u00eb t\u00eb avancuara, shkalla e mbijetes\u00ebs pes\u00ebvje\u00e7are bie n\u00eb vet\u00ebm 3.2 p\u00ebrqind. Aktualisht nuk dihet n\u00ebse vaksinat e ARNi-s\u00eb mund ta zgjasin jet\u00ebn e pacient\u00ebve me s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb avancuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ne mendojm\u00eb se kemi gjetur nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjuar sistemin imunitar p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar rikthimin e kancerit”, tha Robert Vonderheide, president i zgjedhur i AACR. “N\u00ebse kjo funksionon, ne do t\u00eb jemi n\u00eb gjendje ta aplikojm\u00eb at\u00eb tek m\u00eb shum\u00eb pacient\u00eb me kancer pankreatik dhe vet\u00eb strategjia mund t\u00eb aplikohet n\u00eb lloje t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb kancerit.
