\u201cKujtojm\u00eb se mandati i an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Bordit t\u00eb RTK-s\u00eb b\u00ebhet me short sipas nenit 26, paragraf\u00ebt 3 dhe 5, ligjit Nr. 04 L \u2013 046 p\u00ebr RTK\u201d, tha n\u00ebnkryetari Ardian Gola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb Kuvend po zhvillohet votimi p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Bordit t\u00eb RTK-s\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs ka nisur procesi i votimit t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb p\u00ebr tet\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Bordit t\u00eb Radiotelevizionit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, gjasht\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, nj\u00eb nga radh\u00ebt e komunitetit serb dhe nj\u00eb nga komunitetet e tjera jo shumic\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kryetarja e Komisionit ad-hoc p\u00ebr p\u00ebrzgjedhjen e kandidat\u00ebve p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Bordit t\u00eb RTK-s\u00eb, Arb\u00ebrie Nagavci tha se p\u00ebr gjasht\u00eb pozita p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Bordit t\u00eb RTK-s\u00eb, nga komuniteti shqiptar, n\u00eb gar\u00eb jan\u00eb 12 kandidat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ajo tha se pas zhvillimit t\u00eb intervistave fillimisht kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb propozuara edhe dy an\u00ebtare t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr Bordin e RTK-s\u00eb, por nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb kishin pranuar informacione se dy kandidatet q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhura nga radh\u00ebt e komunitetit shqiptar, Arb\u00ebrore Riza dhe Njomza Beqiri-Novosella, binin ndesh me ligjin p\u00ebr RTK-n\u00eb dhe t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat nuk kan\u00eb mundur t\u00eb procedohen p\u00ebr em\u00ebrim nga Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ato, tha Nagavci, jan\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me kandidat\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb n\u00eb radh\u00eb sipas poen\u00ebve t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar nga komisioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nagavci tregoi se Kuvendi ka pranuar aplikacionet e 75 kandidat\u00ebve, prej tyre 67 kandidat\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, tre nga radh\u00ebt e komunitetit serb dhe pes\u00eb nga radh\u00ebt e komuniteteve t\u00eb tjera jo shumic\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPas shqyrtimit t\u00eb aplikacioneve jan\u00eb intervistuar 62 kandidat\u00eb, p\u00ebr arsye se disa nga kandidat\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me nenin 27 t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr RTK-n\u00eb, dy kandidat\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr nga kandidatura, disa kandidat\u00eb nuk i kan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar kushtet e konkursit, dhe gjasht\u00eb kandidat\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb intervistim\u201d, shpjegoi Nagavci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00ebr procesin kan\u00eb drejtuar kritika partit\u00eb opozitare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ganimete Musliu nga Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs tha se ky proces, sikurse t\u00eb gjitha proceset tjera, sipas saj, q\u00eb po ndodhin brenda k\u00ebtyre dy jav\u00ebve, jan\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebnduara dhe jan\u00eb keq t\u00eb menaxhuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUn\u00eb kam ngritur shqet\u00ebsimet e mia edhe gjat\u00eb procesit, q\u00eb nga dita kur \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb themelimi i komisioneve ad-hoc e deri sot kur kemi p\u00ebr t\u2019i votuar personat kinse t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Musliu deklaroi se 75 kandidat\u00eb t\u00eb intervistohen p\u00ebr dy dit\u00eb ka qen\u00eb pak koh\u00eb, duke shtuar se kan\u00eb punuar deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 24:00 t\u00eb nat\u00ebs. \u201cDhe ju e dini \u00e7far\u00eb efikasiteti mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb kur punohet deri n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb. Kur them kemi punuar deri n\u00eb 24:00 t\u00eb nat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala q\u00eb kemi punuar nga ora 09:00 deri n\u00eb 24:00, pa asnj\u00eb shk\u00ebputje, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 q\u00eb kemi pasur nj\u00eb or\u00eb pauz\u00eb dreke\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ajo n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb tha se ata do t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e votimit, nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si\u00e7 u deklaruan edhe nga LDK-ja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cP\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur ajo \u00e7ka ka ndodhur n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb televizion publik q\u00eb e ka n\u00eb misionin e tij themeltar informimin e drejt\u00eb publik, t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm, t\u00eb pandikuar nga politika, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb esenciale dhe shum\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebsore q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi edhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb bordit q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur dhe t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i kryejn\u00eb detyrat sipas ligjit dhe nuk lejojn\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje qoft\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn menaxheriale, por edhe editoriale apo edhe politike t\u00eb k\u00ebtij mediumi publik\u201d, tha Zemaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai tha se krejt \u00e7ka kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces ka qen\u00eb transparenc\u00eb dhe koh\u00eb n\u00eb shqyrtimin e aplikacioneve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time Kadrijaj e AAK-s\u00eb tha se po b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb proces \u2018shkel e shko\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUn\u00eb mendoj q\u00eb procesi i intervistimit \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb at\u00eb form\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebt dhe jo disa njer\u00ebz t\u00eb vijn\u00eb t\u00eb relaksuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr intervista p\u00ebr shkak se i p\u00ebrkasin partis\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet dhe e kan\u00eb ditur me patjet\u00ebr se do t\u00eb zgjidhen\u201d, deklaroi ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arb\u00ebrie Nagavci, q\u00eb mori s\u00ebrish fjal\u00ebn, ka fal\u00ebnderuar deputet\u00ebt q\u00eb si an\u00ebtar\u00eb komisioni, tha se kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pun\u00eb me p\u00ebrkushtim dhe me intensitet t\u00eb shtuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ajo tha se sa i p\u00ebrket gjith\u00eb procesit, ka qen\u00eb legjitim dhe transparent dhe nuk ka asnj\u00eb shkelje, e angazhimi i tyre ka qen\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb funksionalizimit t\u00eb Bordit t\u00eb RTK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSot q\u00eb po flasim, ky institucion ka dy vite e m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pa bord funksional dhe p\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, ka edhe shum\u00eb pozita q\u00eb jan\u00eb me ushtrues detyre dhe detyra jon\u00eb si deputet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb maksimumin dhe t\u00eb funksionalizojm\u00eb bordin. Un\u00eb konfirmoj edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb q\u00eb procesi ka qen\u00eb i hapur, plot\u00ebsisht legjitim. Me 95 vota \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhur Bashkim Hyseni, nd\u00ebrsa Ivana Milenkovi\u0107 ka marr\u00eb 87 vota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
