Janina Ymeri e LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dokument ligjor ka nene e p\u00ebrmbajtje, q\u00eb, sipas saj, &nbsp;jo vet\u00ebm ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb sigurin\u00eb energjetike, por edhe n\u00eb sigurin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, Besnik Tahiri i AAK-s\u00eb k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb vet\u00ebvendosje m\u00eb t\u00eb mos i p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb Kuvendit k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr &nbsp;shmangie p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb projektligj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministrja, Artane Rizvanolli, tha se po i humbin shtetit 9 milion\u00eb euro e po i pamund\u00ebsohet reforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFlisni p\u00ebr integrimin e energjis\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo nuk lejoni pakon e ligjeve q\u00eb na mund\u00ebson integrimin n\u00eb tregun rajonal e t\u2019i heqim tregtar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po flisni. Si do q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, q\u00ebndrimi juaj \u00ebsht\u00eb i juaji\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deklarata e ministres, nxiti replika te opozitar\u00ebt. Ju jeni ata q\u00eb keni b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb kjo legjislatur\u00eb t\u00eb quhet legjislatura e shmangies\u201d, tha Bajrami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebtu i reagoi ministrrja Rizvanolli. \u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuk e kemi asnj\u00eb obligim<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kam qen\u00eb n\u00eb LVV aso kohe , por e di q\u00eb i vetmi rast kur nuk ka votuar, ka qen\u00eb ai rast dhe ka pasur t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me fusnot\u00ebn dhe jo me di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr, prandaj kur i thoni informatat ju lutem i thoni deri n\u00eb fund\u201d, ishte kund\u00ebrp\u00ebrgjigjja e Rizvanollit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po ashtu, nuk arriti q\u00eb me shmangie nga procedurat t\u00eb shqyrtohej as Projektligji p\u00ebr Inspektoratin Qendror t\u00eb Trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb Kulturore.
