27 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, forcat serbe kryen masakr\u00ebn n\u00eb Mej\u00eb t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs, ku u vran\u00eb 376 persona. Pas rrethimit t\u00eb zon\u00ebs, u kryen ekzekutime masive, pa kursyer as djemt\u00eb 15 vje\u00e7ar e deri te burrat mbi 60 vje\u00e7, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u grumbulluan dhe m\u00eb pas u ekzekutuan.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

D\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt pohojn\u00eb se at\u00eb dit\u00eb asnj\u00ebri nga t\u00eb ndaluarit nuk arriti t\u00eb mbijetoj\u00eb. Disa nga trupat u gjet\u00ebn m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb varreza masive n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt ende nuk dihet fati, me dyshime se ndodhen n\u00eb territorin e Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00ebr t\u2019i fshehur gjurm\u00ebt e krimit, trupat u zhvendos\u00ebn n\u00eb varreza masive n\u00eb Serbi, si n\u00eb Batajnic\u00eb, Rudnic\u00eb dhe n\u00eb lokacione t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb cilat mbeten t\u00eb fshehura n\u00eb arkivat shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prokuroria Speciale, p\u00ebrmes Departamentit p\u00ebr Krime Lufte, ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb p\u00ebr masakr\u00ebn e Mej\u00ebs dhe fshatrave t\u00eb rajonit t\u00eb Rek\u00ebs s\u00eb Keqe n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Gjakov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, 53 persona akuzohen p\u00ebr krime t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kund\u00ebr popullsis\u00eb civile. Aktakuza \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2023 dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar n\u00eb prillin e vitit pasues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb akuzuarve p\u00ebr krimet n\u00eb Mej\u00eb dhe fshatrat e tjera t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs jan\u00eb edhe zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb Shtetit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme, t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr planifikimin dhe zbatimin e operacionit \u201cReka\u201d, gjat\u00eb t\u00eb cilit u vran\u00eb 370 civil\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. Ata p\u00ebrballen me akuza p\u00ebr vrasje, dhun\u00eb fizike e seksuale, tortura, pla\u00e7kitje dhe d\u00ebbim etnik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb dyshuarit kryesor\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Momir Stojanoviq, ish-shef i Departamentit p\u00ebr Siguri n\u00eb Komand\u00ebn e Korpusit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe ish-drejtor i Agjencis\u00eb Ushtarake t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
