M\u00eb 30 prill 1999, n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb civil\u00ebve t\u00eb paarmatosur dhe t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm, ran\u00eb 42 ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, tashm\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00eb t\u00eb kombit. N\u00eb mesin e tyre ishte edhe heroi Ilaz Kodra, i cili udh\u00ebhoqi Brigad\u00ebn 114. Jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb e b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb sot ta kemi shtetin e Kosov\u00ebs, lirin\u00eb dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, Kurti deklaroi se edhe pas 27 vjet\u00ebsh po sh\u00ebnohen p\u00ebrparime n\u00eb arrestimin dhe gjykimin e kriminel\u00ebve serb\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe gjykime n\u00eb munges\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKa p\u00ebrparime sa i p\u00ebrket fatit t\u00eb t\u00eb pagjeturve, t\u00eb zhdukurve me dhun\u00eb, por edhe sa i p\u00ebrket nd\u00ebshkimit t\u00eb kriminel\u00ebve t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe duhet vepruar m\u00eb shpejt nga Prokuroria dhe Gjyq\u00ebsori. D\u00ebshmit\u00eb jan\u00eb k\u00ebtu, por d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt po plaken, e shum\u00eb prej tyre edhe po vdesin. Prandaj duhet t\u00eb ngutemi q\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia t\u00eb vihet sa m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb vend\u201d, tha Kurti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai shtoi se nuk duhet harruar se gjenocidi i Serbis\u00eb gjat\u00eb viteve 1998-1999 ishte i kat\u00ebrti dhe i fundit, por sipas tij, paraprakisht kan\u00eb ndodhur edhe tri t\u00eb tjera ndaj popullit shqiptar nd\u00ebr breza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi\u00e7 thuhet edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb memorial, gjaku i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb drit\u00ebn e liris\u00eb q\u00eb na e ndri\u00e7on rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebrpara, na e p\u00ebrkujton prej nga vijm\u00eb dhe na e b\u00ebn t\u00eb qart\u00eb se ku shkojm\u00eb.
