Kjo llogaritje \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb Rregulloren Zgjedhore nr. 07\/2024 p\u00ebr fushat\u00ebn zgjedhore, monitorimin dhe deklarimin financiar, si dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e list\u00ebs preliminare t\u00eb votuesve, sipas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs numri i votuesve n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 2,092,202.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drejtori i Sekretariatit t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb, Sekretari Besnik Buzhala, shpjegoi proceduren duke theksuar se \u201cSi\u00e7 e dini, sipas planit kohor, fushata zgjedhore do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb m\u00eb 28 maj 2026 dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb m\u00eb 7 qershor 2026, para hapjes s\u00eb qendrave t\u00eb votimit\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAndaj, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Rregulloren Zgjedhore nr. 07\/2024 p\u00ebr zgjedhjet p\u00ebr Kuvendin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, kufizimi i shpenzimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb llogaritur n\u00eb 1 euro p\u00ebr votues. N\u00eb lidhje me baz\u00ebn ligjore, Zyra i rekomandon KQZ-s\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb aprovoj\u00eb kufizimin e shpenzimeve t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore n\u00eb vler\u00ebn prej 2,092,202 euro. Pra, kjo lidhet me numrin e votuesve n\u00eb list\u00ebn preliminare, sipas ekstraktit t\u00eb marr\u00eb m\u00eb 30 prill 2026\u201d, theksoi ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mbi 2 milion\u00eb votues n\u00eb list\u00ebn preliminare p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e 7 qershorit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb mbledhjen e Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve \u00ebsht\u00eb prezantuar raporti i List\u00ebs Preliminare t\u00eb Votuesve p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e parakohshme p\u00ebr Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahen m\u00eb 7 qershor 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas raportit, lista p\u00ebrmban gjithsej 2,092,202 votues, q\u00eb paraqet nj\u00eb rritje prej 15,912 votuesish krahasuar me zgjedhjet e kaluara.
