L\u00ebreni p\u00ebr 10 minuta q\u00eb t\u00eb aktivizohet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00eb nj\u00eb tas t\u00eb madh, p\u00ebrzieni miellin dhe krip\u00ebn, pastaj shtoni majan\u00eb dhe vajin.
