P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij dokumenti \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb rreme kinse ka ndodhur nj\u00eb k\u00ebmbim pronash n\u00eb vitin 1966, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimit t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm pasuror.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb hetimeve, \u00ebsht\u00eb dyshuar se A.Q., dhe N.K., me ndihm\u00ebn e personit zyrtar A.B., kan\u00eb arritur q\u00eb dokumentin e falsifikuar t\u00eb paraqesin si autentik, duke vulosur dhe p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb arkivat e gjykat\u00ebs, ndon\u00ebse nj\u00eb dokument i till\u00eb nuk ka ekzistuar asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb evidencat zyrtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po ashtu, i dyshuari A.B. n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e personit zyrtar n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, dyshohet se ka keqp\u00ebrdorur detyr\u00ebn zyrtare duke krijuar dosje fiktive dhe duke mund\u00ebsuar legalizimin e dokumentit t\u00eb falsifikuar, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrfimit t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr vete dhe persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, t\u00eb dyshuarit B.Sh., dhe M.B., n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e personave zyrtar ne Agjencin\u00eb Kadastrale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, dyshohen se kan\u00eb tejkaluar kompetencat e tyre, dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme kan\u00eb aprovuar ankes\u00ebn e pal\u00ebs, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pandehurit N.K., duke obliguar Komun\u00ebn e Prishtin\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb regjistroj\u00eb pron\u00ebn n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb thekson se &nbsp;mbetet e p\u00ebrkushtuar n\u00eb luftimin e krimit ekonomik dhe korrupsionit, dhe do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha veprimet e nevojshme ligjore n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrfundon aksioni&nbsp; n\u00eb Agjencin\u00eb Kadastrale, nj\u00eb i shoq\u00ebruar n\u00eb Polici<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka p\u00ebrfunduar aksioni i Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb n\u00eb objektin e Agjencis\u00eb Kadastrale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes, \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrejtur edhe shoq\u00ebrimi i nj\u00eb personi nga zyrtar\u00ebt policor\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aksioni \u00ebsht\u00eb konfirmuar paraprakisht nga z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsja e Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Kaltrina Shala,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bastisje n\u00eb Agjencin\u00eb Kadastrale n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb aksion policor \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u zhvilluar n\u00eb objektin e Agjencis\u00eb Kadastrale n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hetimi po zhvillohet lidhur me vepr\u00ebn penale keqp\u00ebrdorim i detyr\u00ebs zyrtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aksionin e ka konfirmuar p\u00ebr RTKlive, z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsja e Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Kaltrina Shala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Ajo ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se p\u00ebr detajet nga ky aksion&nbsp;do t\u00eb njoftojn\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLidhur me pyetjen tuaj, ju njoftojm\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u zhvilluar nj\u00eb aksion.
