N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb ligjeve n\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, konkretisht <strong>Ligjit nr. 03\/L-001 p\u00ebr P\u00ebrfitimet e Ish-Zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lart\u00eb Shtet\u00ebror\u00eb<\/strong>, statusi dhe privilegjet e nj\u00eb ish-Presidenti rregullohen sipas kritereve t\u00eb qarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pezullimi i P\u00ebrfitimeve gjat\u00eb Gar\u00ebs dhe Mandatit t\u00eb Ri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse nj\u00eb ish-President vendos t\u00eb kandidoj\u00eb dhe zgjidhet n\u00eb nj\u00eb post t\u00eb ri publik (p.sh. Deputet apo Kryeminist\u00ebr), shumica e p\u00ebrfitimeve materiale <strong>pezullohen Paga\/Pensioni:<\/strong> Sipas nenit 4 t\u00eb ligjit, ish-zyrtari nuk mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb pensionin apo kompensimin e ish-Presidentit n\u00ebse merr nj\u00eb pag\u00eb nga buxheti i Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb post t\u00eb ri. Ai duhet t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb pages\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb favorshme, por nuk mund t&#8217;i mbaj\u00eb t\u00eb dyja. N\u00ebse ish-Presidenti kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb funksion aktiv politik (si deputet apo pjes\u00eb e ekzekutivit), ai humbet t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe stafit mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs q\u00eb i takon si &#8220;ish-President&#8221;, pasi k\u00ebto mbulon posti i ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Ndikimi n\u00eb Statusin e P\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Privilegjet si ish-President (zyra, makina, stafi, sigurimi) jan\u00eb t\u00eb dizajnuara p\u00ebr personat q\u00eb nuk ushtrojn\u00eb m\u00eb funksione publike.N\u00eb momentin q\u00eb nj\u00eb ish-President angazhohet s\u00ebrish n\u00eb politik\u00eb aktive (garon n\u00eb zgjedhje), ai trajtohet si nj\u00eb <strong>kandidat politik<\/strong> i barabart\u00eb me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb re, privilegjet e &#8220;ish-Presidentit&#8221; mbeten n\u00eb pritje (n\u00eb &#8220;ngrirje&#8221;). Ato mund t\u00eb rikthehen vet\u00ebm pasi personi t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb edhe mandatin e dyt\u00eb\/t\u00eb ri dhe t\u00eb dal\u00eb s\u00ebrish n\u00eb pension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ndryshe nga paga dhe zyra, <strong>mbrojtja e af\u00ebrt (sigurimi)<\/strong> mund t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb ofrohet nga Policia e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00ebse vler\u00ebsohet se niveli i rrezikut \u00ebsht\u00eb i lart\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht faktit n\u00ebse personi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gar\u00eb apo jo. Kjo b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb informacioneve dhe ndjeshm\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb personi ka mbajtur gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs sa ishte n\u00eb krye t\u00eb shtetit. N\u00eb rastin konkret t\u00eb znj.
