M\u00eb thjesht: prona e kompanis\u00eb Slovenska aliansa, e cila menaxhon nd\u00ebrtesa t\u00eb shtrenjta n\u00eb Herceg Novi dhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin dhe rind\u00ebrtimin e t\u00eb cilave u investuan disa miliona euro (sipas deklaratave t\u00eb pronar\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm), iu dor\u00ebzua falas SPC-s\u00eb, pra kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb saj Filoksenia, me nj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar t\u00eb pron\u00ebs prej 565,227.26 eurosh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Burime t\u00eb Nova nga Mali i Zi thon\u00eb se ky transaksion, z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i pronarit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb objekt i nj\u00eb hetimi nga autoritetet hetimore dhe tatimore malazeze p\u00ebr rrethanat e evazionit t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm tatimor, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb shmangies s\u00eb pages\u00ebs s\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb taks\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb transaksion t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As “partner\u00ebt” rus\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb flisnin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb transaksion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belyakov vdiq n\u00eb fund t\u00eb marsit t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar, dhe partnerja e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb person krejt\u00ebsisht misterioz, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb pothuajse e pamundur t\u00eb zbulohet di\u00e7ka. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, Belyakov tha se n\u00eb kompleksin n\u00eb qytetin e vjet\u00ebr ishin investuar midis 5 dhe 6 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
