Kosova ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr gjykata normale e jo p\u00ebr gjykata speciale. Lufta e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb ishte dhe gjithmon\u00eb do t\u00eb m\u00ebsohet n\u00eb histori si luft\u00eb e drejt\u00eb kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb okupatori gjenocidal\u201d, theksoi kryeministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, Abin Kurti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, zvarritje t\u00eb procesit e ka quajtur k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim t\u00eb Speciales avokati i akredituar, Sk\u00ebnder Musa. Sipas tij, m\u00eb e drejta do t\u00eb ishte lirimi i kat\u00ebrshes nga paraburgimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb zvarritje e procesit dhe konsideroj q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e panevojshme p\u00ebr shkak se jan\u00eb n\u00eb paraburgim qe 5 vjet, p\u00ebrndryshe sa i p\u00ebrket aspektit ligjor kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb shtyrjen edhe n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb rregullores t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara, mir\u00ebpo koh\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shtyrja, te qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, gjykata ve\u00e7 e humb kredibilitetin dhe besimin\u201d, tha Skender Musa, avokat i akredituar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas k\u00ebsaj organizate, akti p\u00ebrfundimtar do ta pasqyroj\u00eb me seriozitet t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn historike se paqja dhe stabiliteti n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb ndahen nga besimi i qytetar\u00ebve se drejt\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb e paanshme dhe e besueshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RTK ka d\u00ebrguar pyetje n\u00eb Zyr\u00ebn e BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe tek ambasadat e shteteve financuese t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs p\u00ebr zhvillimet e fundit, por disa prej tyre nuk kan\u00eb dashur t\u00eb komentojn\u00eb e disa nuk kan\u00eb kthyer p\u00ebrgjigje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
