Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb pandehurit Bojan Jevtiq, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cSpiunazhi\u201d dhe \u201cMbajtja n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll ose posedim i paautorizuar i arm\u00ebve\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, i pandehuri, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e zyrtarit policor me grad\u00ebn toger, dyshohet se p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb pacaktuar kohore deri m\u00eb 17 korrik 2025, ka vepruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebllimshme duke mbledhur dhe transmetuar dokumente zyrtare t\u00eb klasifikuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00ebto materiale, sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, i jan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit Inteligjent t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, dhe lidhen me \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb siguris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe rendit kushtetues t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jevtiqi ishte arrestuar m\u00eb 17 korrik 2025 pas aksionit nga Prokuroria Speciale n\u00eb koordinim me AKI-n\u00eb dhe Inspektoratin Policor, n\u00ebn dyshimin se ia mund\u00ebsoi Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr Inteligjenc\u00eb qasjen n\u00eb kompjuterin zyrtar t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
