Kryeprokurorit t\u00eb Shtetit me kryeprokuror\u00ebt e prokurorive m\u00eb 20 janar 2026, duke e cil\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb si nj\u00eb tregues shqet\u00ebsues dhe pasqyr\u00eb e gjendjes n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ende ndodhet sistemin prokurorial.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb postim n\u00eb rrjetet sociale, ministrja ka theksuar se reforma n\u00eb sistemin prokurorial dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb mbetet nd\u00ebr top prioritetet e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ajo ka kujtuar se m\u00eb 5 qershor 2025, ndryshimet n\u00eb Ligjin p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillin Prokurorial t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs hyn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi, duke sh\u00ebnuar fillimin e jet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb reformave n\u00eb sistemin prokurorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas G\u00ebrvall\u00ebs, reformimi i sistemit prokurorial, kishte filluar pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb eliminuar korporatizmin dhe grupacionet e ndryshme n\u00eb sistem, por gjithashtu, p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur profesionalizmin, llogaridh\u00ebnien dhe transparenc\u00ebn e sistemit prokurorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGjuha dhe diskutimet denigruese t\u00eb krer\u00ebve dhe ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb sistemit prokurorial, kund\u00ebrshtimi dhe rezistenca e tyre e vazhdueshme ndaj reformave dhe mungesa e vullnetit p\u00ebr zbatimin e tyre, paraqesin rrezik serioz dhe cenojn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb integritetin dhe funksionimin profesional t\u00eb sistemit prokurorial\u201d, ka shkruar ministrja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajo ka d\u00ebnuar ashp\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gjuh\u00eb denigruese, q\u00eb sipas saj&nbsp;\u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me etik\u00ebn dhe standardet profesionale t\u00eb prokurorit, dhe gjithashtu ka k\u00ebrkuar zbatimin e reformave dhe ndryshimeve ligjore tashm\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi, p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb sistemit prokurorial profesionalizmin, llogaridh\u00ebnien dhe efikasitetin e munguar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNuk ndalemi s\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebrituri se reformat n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e vendosm\u00ebris\u00eb ton\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb shtet ku ligji nuk negocion, ku p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia nuk shmanget dhe ku drejt\u00ebsia nuk njeh em\u00ebr, pozit\u00eb apo ndikim\u201d, ka p\u00ebrfunduar G\u00ebrvalla.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ministrja e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Donika Gervalla-Schwarz, ka reaguar pas publikimit n\u00eb media t\u00eb nj\u00eb audio-incizimi nga takimi i U.D.
