{"id":15025,"date":"2026-05-13T15:25:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-13T13:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=15025"},"modified":"2026-05-13T17:21:54","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T15:21:54","slug":"shfuqizohet-tarifa-prej-3-eurove-per-shoqeruesit-e-pacienteve-ne-qkuk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/05\/13\/shfuqizohet-tarifa-prej-3-eurove-per-shoqeruesit-e-pacienteve-ne-qkuk\/","title":{"rendered":"Shfuqizohet tarifa prej 3 eurove p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebruesit e pacient\u00ebve n\u00eb QKUK"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Gjykata Supreme e Kosov\u00ebs ka shpallur t\u00eb paligjshme tarif\u00ebn prej 3 eurosh p\u00ebr personat shoq\u00ebrues mbi 15-vje\u00e7 t\u00eb pacient\u00ebve gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Klinike Universitare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (QKUK), duke shfuqizuar pjes\u00ebrisht Udh\u00ebzimin Administrativ nr.03\/2024 p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpagesat n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas njoftimit nga&nbsp;Gjykata Supreme e Kosov\u00ebs&nbsp;\u00ebsht\u00eb&nbsp;shfuqizuar pika&nbsp;4 e shtojc\u00ebs 3 dhe pika&nbsp;5 e&nbsp;shtojc\u00ebs 4 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij udh\u00ebzimi, t\u00eb cilat parashihnin pages\u00ebn prej 3 euro n\u00eb dit\u00eb p\u00ebr personin shoq\u00ebrues t\u00eb pacientit mbi mosh\u00ebn 15 vje\u00e7 gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb spital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IKD, kishte parashtruar padi n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Supreme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke kontestuar ligjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e dispozitave t\u00eb lartcekura p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilave ishte p\u00ebrcaktuar pagesa prej 3 euro p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi n\u00eb spital p\u00ebr personin shoq\u00ebrues t\u00eb pacientit mbi mosh\u00ebn 15 vje\u00e7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb arsyetimin e saj, padit\u00ebsja kishte theksuar se Ligji nr.04\/L-125 p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi e definon bashk\u00ebpages\u00ebn si mjet financiar q\u00eb paguhet p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor nga personat q\u00eb i shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb ato sh\u00ebrbime, nd\u00ebrsa personi shoq\u00ebrues nuk mund t\u00eb konsiderohet shfryt\u00ebzues i sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, pasi ai nuk i n\u00ebnshtrohet trajtimit mjek\u00ebsor dhe nuk p\u00ebrfiton sh\u00ebrbime diagnostike, terapeutike apo rehabilituese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjykata Supreme, pas administrimit t\u00eb provave dhe shqyrtimit t\u00eb dispozitave kushtetuese dhe ligjore, ka vler\u00ebsuar se dispozitat e kontestuara nuk kan\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme ligjore dhe se p\u00ebrmes tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjeruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb palejuar nocioni i \u201cbashk\u00ebpages\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb aktgjykim, Gjykata Supreme thekson se bashk\u00ebpagesa mund t\u00eb vendoset vet\u00ebm ndaj personave q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfitues t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.
