N\u00ebse kjo arrihet realisht, pa kalkulime dhe pa kompromise me t\u00eb paprekshmit, ky akt do t\u00eb meritonte krahasim simbolik me kontributin e heroit Adem Jashari p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e vendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sot, drejt\u00ebsia n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga sektor\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb kritikuar \u2013 dhe me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb degraduar n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel alarmant, ndon\u00ebse p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson shtyll\u00ebn kryesore mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtetet funksionimi i shtetit ligjor. Besimi i qytetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb pothuajse i shuar. N\u00eb praktik\u00eb, \u201cila\u00e7i\u201d q\u00eb shpesh funksionon nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ligji, por paraja; jo drejt\u00ebsia, por ndikimi. Drejt\u00ebsia e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim, jo n\u00eb rregull.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana, retorika e but\u00eb dhe reformat kozmetike jan\u00eb mashtrim. Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb qasje e vendosur, e fort\u00eb dhe e pakompromis mund ta rikthej\u00eb besimin e humbur. \u00c7do alternativ\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebmashtim kolektiv. Pa reform\u00eb reale, pa guxim politik p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballur me interesat e ngulitura dhe pa vullnet p\u00ebr t\u00eb thyer lidhjet klienteliste, rreziku \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb dhe i njohur: d\u00ebshtim i shtetit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shembujt nuk na mungojn\u00eb. Mjafton t\u2019i shohim vendet p\u00ebrreth,p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh kur drejt\u00ebsia kapet, blihet ose frik\u00ebsohet \u2013 dhe \u00e7far\u00eb \u00e7mimi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb paguan shoq\u00ebria p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kapje. Nj\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi e n\u00ebnshtruar \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga m\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr drejt stagnimit, ikjes masive dhe humbjes s\u00eb shpres\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte e padrejt\u00eb dhe joproduktive t\u00eb atakohej i gjith\u00eb sistemi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb verb\u00ebr. Brenda tij ka profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb aft\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund dhe duhet t\u00eb bartin barr\u00ebn e reformave t\u00eb domosdoshme,(rasti i BKS,vjedhes votes\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problemi real q\u00ebndron te grupet dhe individ\u00ebt e em\u00ebruar ekskluzivisht nga interesa politike e klanore, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb penges\u00eb serioze p\u00ebr zhvillimin dhe reformimin e sistemit prokurorial dhe gjyq\u00ebsor. Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, besimi publik n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sfer\u00eb jetike t\u00eb (mos)funksionimit t\u00eb shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebkundur r\u00ebnd\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse kjo nyje nuk zgjidhet, \u00e7do premtim tjet\u00ebr mbetet bosh.
