entiteti serb i Bosnj\u00ebs &#8211; u d\u00ebnua n\u00eb vitin 2021 me burgim t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr gjenocid dhe krime lufte n\u00eb Bosnje e Hercegovin\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mekanizmi tha t\u00eb enjten se ekspert\u00ebt e pavarur mjek\u00ebsor\u00eb kan\u00eb konstatuar se Sh\u00ebrbimi Mjek\u00ebsor i Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Paraburgimit t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara dhe spitali i burgut po e v\u00ebzhgojn\u00eb dhe trajtojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb adekuate gjendjen sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb Mlladiqit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAta nuk kan\u00eb hasur n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb kujdesit ose trajtimit t\u00eb duhur, q\u00eb do ta arsyetonte lirimin e tij\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e Mekanizmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mekanizimi shtoi se Mlladiq \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb spitalore burgu t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar rishtazi, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e pajisur p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar kujdes multidisiplinor p\u00ebr t\u00eb burgosurit me probleme komplekse mjek\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMlladiq po vendoset n\u00eb nj\u00eb spital t\u00eb ri burgu, t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb fundit, me monitorim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm dhe transferime t\u00eb shpejta n\u00eb spitale civile sipas nevoj\u00ebs\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thuhet se i burgosuri ka kujdes t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm paliativ, ndihm\u00eb me aktivitetet e p\u00ebrditshme, si dhe p\u00ebrkthyes dhe staf q\u00eb flasin gjuh\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mbrojtja e tij k\u00ebrkoi lirim t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb, si\u00e7 u tha, sh\u00ebndetit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe nevoj\u00ebs p\u00ebr trajtim spitalor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministri serb i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Nenad Vujiq, e vizitoi at\u00eb m\u00eb 20 prill dhe i k\u00ebrkoi Hag\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u2019ia mund\u00ebsonte Mlladiqit t\u00eb mjekohej n\u00eb liri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e dyt\u00eb q\u00eb atij i refuzohet k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr lirim nga burgu p\u00ebr arsye sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 2025, mbrojtja e Mlladiqit k\u00ebrkoi lirim t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm ose t\u00eb parakohsh\u00ebm bazuar n\u00eb diagnoz\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb dyshuar terminale dhe jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsin\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mekanizmi e hodhi posht\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn me arsyetimin se Mlladiq po merrte kujdes t\u00eb plot\u00eb mjek\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mlladiq u d\u00ebnua p\u00ebrfundimisht n\u00eb Hag\u00eb m\u00eb 8 qershor 2021 p\u00ebr krime lufte dhe krime kund\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb paraburgim n\u00ebn mbik\u00ebqyrjen e Mekanizmit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar q\u00eb nga arrestimi i tij n\u00eb vitin 2011 n\u00eb Serbi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendimi i gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Hag\u00ebs e shpalli at\u00eb fajtor p\u00ebr gjenocid kund\u00ebr rreth 8.000 boshnjak\u00ebve n\u00eb Srebrenic\u00eb, nj\u00eb zon\u00eb e mbrojtur nga OKB-ja, n\u00eb ver\u00ebn e vitit 1995, p\u00ebr persekutimin dhe transferimin me forc\u00eb t\u00eb boshnjak\u00ebve dhe kroat\u00ebve n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Bosnj\u00ebn, terrorizimin e civil\u00ebve gjat\u00eb rrethimit t\u00eb Sarajev\u00ebs dhe mbajtjen peng t\u00eb paqeruajt\u00ebsve t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb gjat\u00eb bombardimeve t\u00eb NATO-s n\u00eb vitin 1995.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai u d\u00ebnua p\u00ebr 10 nga 11 pikat e aktakuz\u00ebs p\u00ebr krime lufte dhe krime kund\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REL Mekanizmi Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Gjykatat Penale (ish-Tribunali i Hag\u00ebs) ia ka hedhur posht\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn Ratko Mlladiqit p\u00ebr lirimin t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm nga burgu p\u00ebr arsye sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, ku ai po e vuan d\u00ebnimin p\u00ebr krime t\u00eb luft\u00ebs.
