K\u00ebshtu mbase do t\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrshkrimi m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb dhe m\u00eb i shkurt\u00ebr i qeverisjes son\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebnimin e Dit\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Familjes, sepse ajo, pra familja, \u00ebsht\u00eb trajtuar jo si di\u00e7ka e ndar\u00eb dhe jasht\u00eb kontekstit zhvillimor, por n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e politikave sektoriale dhe n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb vendimmarrjes. P\u00ebr t\u00eb zb\u00ebrthyer k\u00ebt\u00eb, m\u00eb lejoni t\u00eb p\u00ebrmend disa prej pun\u00ebve, shum\u00eb prej t\u00eb cilave n\u00eb sektor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, por q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha n\u00eb qend\u00ebr e kan\u00eb familjen\u201d, theksoi Kurti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tutje ai tha se p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka nisur aplikimi&nbsp;i&nbsp;shtesave nga t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar mbi 400 mij\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKur nisem me 10 dhe 20 euro, pati tallje e p\u00ebrqeshje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtill\u00eb. E sot \u00e7do familje q\u00eb plot\u00ebson kushtet merr shtesa prej 30 deri 45 euro, var\u00ebsisht nga numri i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Nd\u00ebrkaq zotimi yn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb mandatin tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb cilin e synojm\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb, shtesat p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u2019i dyfishojm\u00eb 60 deri n\u00eb 90 euro\u201d, pohoi ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cParalelisht me k\u00ebt\u00eb kemi filluar me shtesat p\u00ebr lehonat, nga t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 80 mij\u00eb n\u00ebna. Nj\u00ebsoj sikurse p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, edhe k\u00ebtu i pat\u00ebm gjetur zero. Nisi me 170 euro muaj, aktualisht jan\u00eb 325.9 euro, por me synimin q\u00eb ato t\u00eb ngrit\u00ebn n\u00eb 500 euro n\u00eb muaj\u201d, shtoi ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Pun\u00ebs, Familjes dhe Vlerave t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs \u00c7lirimtare, Andin Hoti, tha se familja ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb shtylla kryesore e q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore dhe komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai deklaroi se ruajtja dhe fuqizimi i familjes mbetet prioritet komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebrball\u00eb sfidave ekonomike, sociale dhe demografike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFamilja n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb shtylla kryesore e q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore dhe komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb periudha sfiduese, familjet tona kan\u00eb ruajtur humanitetin, kujdesin ndaj nj\u00ebri-tjetrit dhe vlerat e solidaritetit. Sot, p\u00ebrball\u00eb sfidave ekonomike, sociale dhe demografike, ruajtja dhe fuqizimi i familjes mbetet prioritet komb\u00ebtar. Prandaj, institucionet tona jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuara t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb dinjitetin e \u00e7do familjeje, t\u00eb fuqizojn\u00eb mir\u00ebqenien sociale, t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb barabarta p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dhe t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr familjet n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, t\u00eb moshuarit, personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara dhe t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb. Andaj dhe si qeverisje, edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mandat, p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb familja \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb politikave shtet\u00ebrore p\u00ebrmes masave konkrete dhe t\u00eb matshme q\u00eb i kemi zbatuar\u201d, theksoi Hoti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq ministrja n\u00eb detyr\u00eb e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Donika G\u00ebrvalla, tha se familja \u00ebsht\u00eb hap\u00ebsira ku nd\u00ebrtohen siguria, solidariteti dhe dinjiteti njer\u00ebzor, prandaj meriton mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb vazhdueshme institucionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00ebrvalla theksoi se familja si hap\u00ebsira e par\u00eb ku nd\u00ebrtohet siguria, solidariteti, edukimi dhe dinjiteti njer\u00ebzor, meriton v\u00ebmendje dhe mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb vazhdueshme institucionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cM\u00ebnyra se si nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri kujdeset p\u00ebr familjen reflekton drejtp\u00ebrdrejt m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si ajo e koncepton drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb sociale, barazin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ardhmen e saj. Kur familja \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbrojtur, edhe shoq\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e fort\u00eb. Prandaj slogani \u2018Shteti fillon me familjen\u2019. Por kur brenda familjes ekziston dhun\u00eb, frik\u00eb, munges\u00eb e mir\u00ebqenies ekonomike apo munges\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtetjes institucionale, pasojat reflektohen n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb mir\u00ebqenien e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, n\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e grave dhe n\u00eb stabilitetin e vet\u00eb shtetit. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, fuqizimi i familjes \u00ebsht\u00eb prioritet shtet\u00ebror.
