Numri i t\u00eb burgosurve n\u00eb burgjet dhe qendrat e paraburgimit n\u00eb Rusi ka r\u00ebn\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm, duke arritur nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt q\u00eb nga fillimi i viteve 2000. “Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2021 kishte 465,000 [t\u00eb burgosur], tani ka 282,000, nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt 85,000 jan\u00eb n\u00eb qendra paraburgimi dhe objekte q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb si qendra paraburgimi”, tha Arkady Gostev, Drejtor i Sh\u00ebrbimit Federal t\u00eb Burgjeve (FSIN), si\u00e7 citohet<\/a> nga TASS. K\u00ebshtu, gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb, popullsia e burgjeve \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur me 183,000 njer\u00ebz. Kreu i FSIN vuri n\u00eb dukje se kjo “po ndikohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb mase nga rekrutimi i ushtar\u00ebve me kontrat\u00eb p\u00ebr Forcat e Armatosura”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb mars t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryetari i Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme deklaroi<\/a> se 308,000 njer\u00ebz mbaheshin n\u00eb qendrat e paraburgimit dhe kolonit\u00eb penale ruse. Ai e quajti k\u00ebt\u00eb nj\u00eb “nivel rekord t\u00eb ul\u00ebt”, duke kujtuar se n\u00eb vitin 2001, Rusia kishte 1 milion t\u00eb burgosur. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit Federal t\u00eb Burgjeve, nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie e vazhdueshme e kontingjentit special \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrejtur q\u00eb nga viti 2010, kur num\u00ebronte 864,000. Gostev vuri n\u00eb dukje se r\u00ebnia e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb burgjeve po nxitet jo vet\u00ebm nga vendosjet n\u00eb koh\u00eb lufte, por edhe nga zgjerimi i pun\u00ebs s\u00eb detyruar dhe d\u00ebnimeve t\u00eb tjera. Ai gjithashtu vuri n\u00eb dukje se aktualisht, af\u00ebrsisht 16,000 t\u00eb burgosur, ose af\u00ebrsisht 6% e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb burgjeve, jan\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb prodhimin e produkteve p\u00ebr ushtrin\u00eb ruse. N\u00eb vitin 2025, u prodhuan produkte t\u00eb tilla me vler\u00eb 5.5 miliard\u00eb rubla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00eb burgosurit filluan t\u00eb rekrutoheshin p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr Ukrain\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2022 p\u00ebr para dhe nj\u00eb falje nga Presidenti rus Vladimir Putin pas gjasht\u00eb muajsh sh\u00ebrbimi. Sipas vler\u00ebsimeve m\u00eb konservatore, numri i t\u00eb burgosurve rus\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00eb n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb tejkalon 21,000, duke p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar af\u00ebrsisht 6% t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha humbjeve t\u00eb pariparueshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
