Mallrat e importuara p\u00ebrfshinin g\u00ebzof\u00eb natyral\u00eb qengji t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim n\u00eb prodhim, si dhe materiale t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr prodhimin e artikujve tekstil dhe aksesor\u00ebve prej l\u00ebkure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, gjat\u00eb kontrolleve n\u00eb terren jan\u00eb evidentuar mosp\u00ebrputhje mes gjendjes faktike dhe t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb deklaruara n\u00eb dokumentacionin doganor. Po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mallrave nuk ndodheshin n\u00eb depo, nd\u00ebrsa dyshohet se jan\u00eb transferuar te nj\u00eb subjekt tjet\u00ebr ekonomik q\u00eb nuk g\u00ebzon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e shfryt\u00ebzimit t\u00eb lirimeve doganore dhe tatimore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb hetimit administrativ jan\u00eb kryer vizita t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura n\u00eb lokacionet e subjektit, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrejtur munges\u00eb e aktivitetit prodhues n\u00eb kapacitetet e deklaruara. Jan\u00eb siguruar gjithashtu deklarime dhe prova lidhur me l\u00ebvizjen dhe posedimin e mallrave t\u00eb importuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas koordinimit institucional dhe interpretimit t\u00eb Administrata Tatimore e Kosov\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb konfirmuar se mallrat e importuara me p\u00ebrfitim t\u00eb lirimeve nuk mund t\u00eb shiten, transferohen apo barten tek subjekte t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb autorizuara p\u00ebr k\u00ebto p\u00ebrfitime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas vler\u00ebsimeve preliminare, vlera doganore e mallrave t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb kund\u00ebrvajtje arrin mbi 285 mij\u00eb euro, nd\u00ebrsa shmangia e detyrimeve tatimore vler\u00ebsohet mbi 51 mij\u00eb euro.
