Sipas tyre, kjo situat\u00eb ngre shqet\u00ebsime edhe n\u00eb raport me Ligjin p\u00ebr Qeverin\u00eb, i cili kufizon kompetencat e nj\u00eb qeverie n\u00eb detyr\u00eb p\u00ebr marrjen e vendimeve me implikime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha financiare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb reagim, DnV vler\u00ebson se ndihma financiare e shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, pa nj\u00eb situat\u00eb emergjente t\u00eb re, e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebson ndarjen mes politik\u00ebs sociale dhe nd\u00ebrhyrjes elektorale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organizata u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje institucioneve q\u00eb t\u00eb shmangin p\u00ebrdorimin e resurseve publike p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime elektorale dhe t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb standardet ligjore q\u00eb garantojn\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme.
