T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb e vizituan k\u00ebt\u00eb vend than\u00eb se kjo masak\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb kujtimi m\u00eb i hidhur p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb homazheve u theksua r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e kujtes\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr viktimat e masakr\u00ebs s\u00eb Dubrav\u00ebs, ku u vran\u00eb 116 civil\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ushtruesja e detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb presidentes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Albulena Haxhiu, ka p\u00ebrkujtuar viktimat dhe ka folur p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb historike dhe institucionale t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ngjarjeje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb masakr\u00ebn e Dubrav\u00ebs u vran\u00eb 116 shqiptar. N\u00eb Dubrav\u00eb shteti serb veproi si aparat vras\u00ebs. I kishte t\u00eb burgosurit n\u00eb regjistra, n\u00eb pavijonin n\u00eb rreshta n\u00ebn urdhra dhe t\u00eb mbyllur, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse Dubrava ka pesh\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb juridike dhe morale,\u201d u shpreh Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo theksoi se, sipas saj, krimi n\u00eb Dubrav\u00eb ka ndodhur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pranis\u00eb s\u00eb strukturave shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cK\u00ebtu krimi nuk ndodhi sepse shteti mungoi, ndodhi sepse shteti ishte i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb \u00e7do hallk\u00eb, n\u00eb komand\u00eb, n\u00eb roj\u00eb, n\u00eb mashtrim dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr ta fshehur t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn,\u201d tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haxhiu shtoi se Masakra e Dubrav\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb trajtohet si d\u00ebshmi e krimeve t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPrandaj sot nuk mjafton ta p\u00ebrmendim Dubrav\u00ebn vet\u00ebm si dat\u00eb por duhet ta kuptojm\u00eb si d\u00ebshmi p\u00ebr krimet monstruoze q\u00eb Serbia i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kund\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb pa mbrojtur shqiptar,\u201d u shpreh ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo b\u00ebri thirrje q\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta p\u00ebr Dubrav\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pjes\u00eb e kujtes\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cGjithashtu edhe si d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs son\u00eb q\u00eb emrat e t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve, d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e t\u00eb mbijetuarve dhe e v\u00ebrteta e plot\u00eb e Dubrav\u00ebs t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pjes\u00eb e nd\u00ebrgjegjes shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs,\u201d tha Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb fund, Haxhiu b\u00ebri thirrje p\u00ebr nderim dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi institucionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLavdi t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve n\u00eb burgun e Dubrav\u00ebs, nderim t\u00eb mbijetuarve dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e p\u00ebrhershme p\u00ebr Republik\u00ebn q\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn ta kthej\u00eb n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi,\u201d p\u00ebrfundoi ajo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sot jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb 27 vjet nga masakra e Dubrav\u00ebs, nj\u00eb nga krimet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb kryera gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb q\u00eb makineria serbe kishte p\u00ebrdorur kund\u00ebr civil\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb.
