Sipas saj, reforma e re sjell mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejta p\u00ebr aplikim, por kushtet baz\u00eb mbeten t\u00eb pandryshuara, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb njohjen e gjuh\u00ebs gjermane dhe nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb t\u00eb rregullt pune. Hoxha thekson se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb integruar ka leht\u00ebsime jasht\u00ebzakonisht t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb dokumentacion dhe procedura, sidomos p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb arritur nivelin e k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs dhe integrimit social. Natyrisht nuk mund t\u00eb diskutohen fare rregullat bazike q\u00eb jan\u00eb gjuha dhe kontrata e pun\u00ebs, por ka leht\u00ebsim n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se sa shpejt je integruar n\u00eb shtetin gjerman\u201d, deklaroi Hoxha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo e fundit shtoi se nj\u00eb nga ndryshimet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb reform\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe mund\u00ebsia e mbajtjes s\u00eb shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb, gj\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb e kufizuar ose thuajse e pamundur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPara nj\u00eb dekade nuk konceptohej q\u00eb dikush q\u00eb merrte shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb gjermane t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbante nj\u00eb shtet\u00ebsi tjet\u00ebr, nd\u00ebrsa sot kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ligji i ri ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi m\u00eb 27 qershor 2024 dhe konsiderohet nj\u00eb hap i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb huajt q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani, por edhe p\u00ebr vet\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt gjerman\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb fleksibilitet n\u00eb shtet\u00ebsi. Megjithat\u00eb, Hoxha thekson se reforma sjell edhe sfida n\u00eb zbatim. Ka pasur nj\u00eb bum t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm aplikimesh, gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb edhe kaos dhe vonesa n\u00eb dokumentacion, si dhe zyra t\u00eb mbingarkuara\u201d, u shpreh Hoxha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, sipas saj, jan\u00eb forcuar edhe kontrollet p\u00ebr aplikant\u00ebt, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb verifikimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale, historikut penal dhe dokumenteve nga vendlindja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Publicistja thekson se e gjith\u00eb procedura e marrjes s\u00eb shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb mund t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb nga nj\u00eb deri n\u00eb dy vite, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb rastit dhe dokumentacionit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cGjermania ka vendosur kontrolle shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb forta p\u00ebr d\u00ebshmin\u00eb e penalitetit, sigurimet dhe historikun personal, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb procesin m\u00eb rigoroz.
