Tre studime t\u00eb reja franceze, t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb grupin e madh NutriNet-Sante, tani ofrojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna shqet\u00ebsuese mbi ndikimin e ngjyruesve dhe konservuesve n\u00eb sh\u00ebndet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ekipi, i udh\u00ebhequr nga Mathilde Touvier, Drejtoresh\u00eb e K\u00ebrkimeve n\u00eb Inserm, kreu k\u00ebrkime t\u00eb gjera epidemiologjike p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbushur k\u00ebt\u00eb boshll\u00ebk. Shkenc\u00ebtar\u00eb nga Inserm, Inrae, Universiteti i Sorbon\u00ebs Paris Nord, Universiteti Paris Cit\u00e9 dhe Cnam, si pjes\u00eb e ekipit k\u00ebrkimor Cress-Eren, studiuan lidhjet midis konsumit t\u00eb aditiv\u00ebve ngjyrues dhe konservuesve dhe sh\u00ebndetit t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb grupin francez NutriNet-Sante, i cili p\u00ebrfshin m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 100,000 njer\u00ebz. Rezultatet u botuan n\u00eb nj\u00eb seri prej tre studimesh q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb njohuri t\u00eb reja t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr form\u00ebsimin e politikave publike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb paketim, k\u00ebto aditiv\u00eb zakonisht fshihen pas kodeve evropiane: E100\u2013E199 p\u00ebr ngjyruesit, E200\u2013E299 p\u00ebr konservuesit dhe E300\u2013E399 p\u00ebr antioksidant\u00ebt. Dy nga tre botimet tregojn\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb lidhje midis konsumit t\u00eb ngjyruesve dhe nj\u00eb rreziku n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>diabetit t\u00eb tipit 2<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;(botuar n\u00eb Diabetes Care) dhe&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>kancerit<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;(European Journal of Epidemiology). Nj\u00eb studim i tret\u00eb, i botuar n\u00eb European Heart Journal, zbulon nj\u00eb lidhje midis konservuesve dhe rrezikut t\u00eb hipertensionit dhe s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rezultatet jan\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht shqet\u00ebsuese. Konsumi i ngjyruesve ushqimor\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi u shoq\u00ebrua me nj\u00eb rrezik m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb prej 38% t\u00eb diabetit t\u00eb tipit 2 midis konsumator\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj. Nd\u00ebr ngjyruesit individual\u00eb t\u00eb ushqimit, kurkumina (E100) rriti rrezikun me 49% dhe karameli i thjesht\u00eb (E150a) me 46%. Lidhur me kancerin, ngjyruesit ushqimor\u00eb u shoq\u00ebruan me nj\u00eb rrezik t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb prej 14%, nj\u00eb rrezik m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb prej 21% t\u00eb kancerit t\u00eb gjirit dhe nj\u00eb rrezik m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb prej 32% t\u00eb kancerit t\u00eb gjirit pas menopauz\u00ebs. Beta-karoteni (E160a) u shoq\u00ebrua me nj\u00eb rrezik m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb prej 41% t\u00eb kancerit t\u00eb gjirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ruajt\u00ebsit gjithashtu treguan rreziqe t\u00eb konsiderueshme. Konsumi i tyre n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi shoq\u00ebrohej me nj\u00eb rrezik rritjeje prej 24% t\u00eb hipertensionit tek konsumator\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj. Sorbati i kaliumit (E202) shoq\u00ebrohej me nj\u00eb rrezik rritjeje prej 39% t\u00eb hipertensionit dhe acidi citrik (E330) me nj\u00eb rrezik rritjeje prej 25%. Acidi askorbik (E300) shoq\u00ebrohej me nj\u00eb rrezik rritjeje prej 15% t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebto rezultate p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb studimet e para t\u00eb m\u00ebdha epidemiologjike p\u00ebr t\u00eb hetuar lidhjen me k\u00ebto s\u00ebmundje n\u00eb nj\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb aditiv\u00ebsh dhe konservuesish ushqimor\u00eb. Ato jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me pun\u00ebn e m\u00ebparshme eksperimentale n\u00eb modelet qelizore dhe shtazore q\u00eb kan\u00eb treguar gjithashtu efekte t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme t\u00eb disa aditiv\u00ebve, dhe studime t\u00eb tjera kan\u00eb gjetur&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.logicno.com\/hrana-zdravlje\/znanstvenici-otkrili-zastrasujucu-vezu-izmedu-povrca-voca-i-raka-pluca-kod-mladih-nepusaca.html\">lidhje t\u00eb ngjashme alarmante<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;midis&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.logicno.com\/hrana-zdravlje\/znanstvenici-otkrili-zastrasujucu-vezu-izmedu-povrca-voca-i-raka-pluca-kod-mladih-nepusaca.html\">diet\u00ebs dhe kancerit<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;. Autor\u00ebt arrijn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se k\u00ebto rezultate nxjerrin n\u00eb pah nevoj\u00ebn q\u00eb autoritetet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsojn\u00eb sigurin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre aditiv\u00ebve, t\u00eb cilat duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb qasje vler\u00ebsimi t\u00eb rrezikut-p\u00ebrfitimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deri at\u00ebher\u00eb, ky hulumtim mb\u00ebshtet rekomandimet e Programit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Ushqyerjes dhe Sh\u00ebndetit (PNNS) q\u00eb k\u00ebshillojn\u00eb kufizimin e ekspozimit ndaj aditiv\u00ebve t\u00eb panevojsh\u00ebm dhe dh\u00ebnien p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi ushqimeve t\u00eb pap\u00ebrpunuara ose t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara minimalisht.
