Ne nuk e konsiderojm\u00eb integrimin evropian si nj\u00eb detyrim, por si nj\u00eb parim udh\u00ebzues p\u00ebr transformimin e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb son\u00eb. Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb, t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha programet evropiane q\u00eb lidhen me bujq\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb harmonizoj\u00eb politikat e saj me standardet e Bashkimit Evropian. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, ndryshimet klimatike po kan\u00eb ndikim gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb madh tek fermer\u00ebt tan\u00eb, duke ndikuar n\u00eb prodhim, rendimente dhe sigurin\u00eb ushqimore. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, ne po investojm\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb rehabilitimin dhe zgjerimin e sistemeve t\u00eb ujitjes, si nj\u00eb nga masat kryesore p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndihmuar fermer\u00ebt t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me efektet e ndryshimeve klimatike dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e sektorit bujq\u00ebsor\u201d, tha&nbsp;Muja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai theksoi se Ministria e Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, Pylltaris\u00eb dhe Zhvillimit Rural ka reformuar skemat e subvencioneve dhe granteve p\u00ebr t\u2019i harmonizuar ato me Politik\u00ebn e P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt Bujq\u00ebsore t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian (CAP), duke d\u00ebshmuar p\u00ebrkushtimin institucional p\u00ebr avancimin e procesit integrues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb Muja vuri n\u00eb pah se ndryshimet klimatike, sfidat e siguris\u00eb ushqimore, paq\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebria e tregjeve dhe nd\u00ebrprerjet n\u00eb zinxhir\u00ebt e furnizimit k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb veprim t\u00eb koordinuar dhe bashk\u00ebpunim m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm rajonal, duke theksuar se p\u00ebrshtatja ndaj k\u00ebtyre sfidave duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb prioritet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha vendet e rajonit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb forumit po trajtohen temat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb rajon, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb procesin e zgjerimit t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian dhe Politik\u00ebn e P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt Bujq\u00ebsore, monitorimin e politikave bujq\u00ebsore n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Kapitullit 11, p\u00ebrshtatjen ndaj ndryshimeve klimatike, rip\u00ebrt\u00ebritjen brezore n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi, biodiversitetin dhe pylltarin\u00eb, menaxhimin e zjarreve n\u00eb nivel peizazhi, zhvillimin e sistemeve t\u00eb njohurive dhe inovacionit n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi (AKIS), si dhe avancimin e harmonizimit t\u00eb politikave dhe reformave institucionale n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Procesit t\u00eb Berlinit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllje, Muja theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e forcimit t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit rajonal dhe p\u00ebrshpejtimit t\u00eb reformave q\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb sektor bujq\u00ebsor m\u00eb konkurrues, m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr integrimin evropian.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, Pylltaris\u00eb dhe Zhvillimit Rural, Armend Muja, mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb hapjen e Forumit p\u00ebr Politikat Bujq\u00ebsore (Agricultural Policy Forum \u2013 APF) 2026, i cili po mbahet n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb m\u00eb 3 dhe 4 qershor, n\u00ebn tem\u00ebn \u201cKoherenca e Politikave Bujq\u00ebsore n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore: Dinamika e Integrimit n\u00eb BE, Reformat Institucionale dhe P\u00ebrshtatja [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":18326,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[31,30],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-18325","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-kosove","category-lajme"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
