Rasti \u00ebsht\u00eb raportuar nga nj\u00eb qytetar, i cili ka deklaruar se derisa gjendej n\u00eb tregun e Prizrenit, i dyshuari ia kishte vjedhur portofolin me dokumente personale dhe para t\u00eb gatshme.
