N\u00eb nj\u00eb konsultim publik, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues biznesesh e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb ngrit\u00ebn shum\u00eb shqet\u00ebsime sa i p\u00ebrket propozimit p\u00ebr tarifat e reja.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBarnatoret nuk mund t\u00eb trajtohen nj\u00ebsoj si \u00e7do veprimtari tjet\u00ebr afariste. Ato kryejn\u00eb funksion n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit publik\u201d, tha Kadri Bytyqi, kryetar i Od\u00ebs s\u00eb Farmacist\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPropozimet tona jan\u00eb q\u00eb bizneset deri n\u00eb 10 metra katror\u00eb, ato q\u00eb nuk e kalojn\u00eb qarkullimin 30 mij\u00eb euro dhe grat\u00eb t\u00eb lirohen nga tarifa, p\u00ebrderisa t\u00eb tjerat q\u00eb i kalojn\u00eb k\u00ebto, t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 100 eurove\u201d, tha Sabedin Hasani, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i bizneseve t\u00eb vogla n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Prishtin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo nism\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kritikuar nga opozita komunale, e cila e ka quajtur t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme dhe diskriminuese p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt jorezident\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb gjat\u00eb debatit u k\u00ebrkua q\u00eb \u00e7do tarif\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e drejt\u00eb, proporcionale, e arsyeshme dhe e bazuar n\u00eb analiza serioze ekonomike e ligjore, derisa u mor shembull se nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb tarifa e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si p\u00ebr bankat ashtu edhe p\u00ebr sallonet e floktaris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFilozofia e tarifimit t\u00eb bizneseve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft problematike. Duhet marr\u00eb parasysh madh\u00ebsia e biznesit, qarkullimi vjetor, numri i pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve\u201d, tha G\u00ebzim Sve\u00e7la, nga VV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPropozoj q\u00eb me u shtu nj\u00eb nen i ri te transparenca digjitale. Na nuk mundemi me bo nj\u00eb&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNuk mbulon mjaftuesh\u00ebm as nevojat e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, as t\u00eb atyre nga jasht\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs\u201d, tha Besa Shahini, nga PSD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb arsyetimin e k\u00ebtij plot\u00ebsim-ndryshimi u tha se q\u00ebllimi i rregullores \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb, m\u00eb transparent dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb tarifave komunale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u00c7do dit\u00eb qyteti p\u00ebrballet me nj\u00eb ngarkes\u00eb q\u00eb shkon p\u00ebrtej numrit t\u00eb banor\u00ebve rezident\u00eb. Kjo ngarkes\u00eb reflektohet n\u00eb trafik, n\u00eb munges\u00eb parkimi, n\u00eb presion mbi hap\u00ebsirat publike dhe trotuaret, n\u00eb ndri\u00e7im publik, gjelb\u00ebrim.
