N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, libri sh\u00ebrben si nj\u00eb burim i besuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr studiuesit, historian\u00ebt, pedagog\u00ebt dhe brezat e ardhsh\u00ebm q\u00eb d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin e krijimit t\u00eb Universitetit Publik n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb vler\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e vepr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb pasqyrimi i rolit t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Intelektual\u00ebve \u201cJakova\u201d, e cila p\u00ebrmes iniciativave, debateve publike, tryezave shkencore, analizave dhe lobimit institucional, e shnd\u00ebrroi nj\u00eb aspirat\u00eb qytetare n\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt konkret zhvillimor. Monografia d\u00ebshmon se zhvillimet e m\u00ebdha shoq\u00ebrore nuk jan\u00eb rezultat i rast\u00ebsis\u00eb, por fryt i vizionit, organizimit dhe p\u00ebrkushtimit t\u00eb elit\u00ebs intelektuale ndaj interesit publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autori p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb pune hulumtuese vuliminoz dy vje\u00e7are, arrin t\u00eb evidentoj\u00eb se themelimi i universitetit nuk ishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb investim n\u00eb arsim, por nj\u00eb projekt me ndikim t\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin ekonomik, kulturor dhe shoq\u00ebror t\u00eb rajonit. Universiteti paraqitet si nj\u00eb faktor i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr krijimin e mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, p\u00ebr avancimin e dijes dhe p\u00ebr frenimin e migrimit t\u00eb kuadrove t\u00eb reja nga rajoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nga aspekti metodologjik, monografia karakterizohet nga nj\u00eb qasje objektive dhe analitike. Autori shmang subjektivizmin dhe i l\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb lexuesit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb gjykimet e veta mbi baz\u00ebn e fakteve dhe dokumenteve t\u00eb paraqitura. Kjo e b\u00ebn vepr\u00ebn jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb kronik\u00eb historike, por edhe nj\u00eb model t\u00eb k\u00ebrkimit serioz dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm shkencor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb kjo vep\u00ebr punim mase , \u201cThemelimi i Universitetit Publik n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb\u201d, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb \u00e7muar n\u00eb historiografin\u00eb e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Ajo ruan kujtes\u00ebn institucionale t\u00eb nj\u00eb procesi me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi komb\u00ebtare, nderon kontributin e individ\u00ebve dhe institucioneve q\u00eb punuan p\u00ebr realizimin e tij dhe sh\u00ebrben si frym\u00ebzim p\u00ebr iniciativa t\u00eb tjera zhvillimore n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.
