Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, Prokuroria insistoi se provat d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb faj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij dhe k\u00ebrkoi shpalljen e tij fajtor, nd\u00ebrsa gjykata refuzoi k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e mbrojtjes p\u00ebr ekzaminim psikiatrik t\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, t\u00eb enjten doli i akuzuari p\u00ebr spiunazh, Hysri Selimi, i cili pretendohet se nga viti 2009 e deri n\u00eb arrestimin e tij m\u00eb 6 maj 2025, i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb informacione Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Inteligjenc\u00ebs dhe Siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb njohur si BIA p\u00ebr veprimtarin\u00eb e pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, vrasjet gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs, personat e radikalizuar dhe numrin e pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb luft\u00ebn n\u00eb Siri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e shqyrtimit gjyq\u00ebsor, i akuzuari mohoi t\u00eb gjitha akuzat, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se t\u00eb gjitha veprimet i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb Kosovare t\u00eb Inteligjenc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u00c7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb kam mund me p\u00ebrgjua ia kam raportua \u00e7do mbr\u00ebmje AKI-s\u00eb. Para se mu nis n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes e kan\u00eb dit\u00eb ku po shkoj, n\u00eb cilin hotel shkoj, pos t\u00eb hollave q\u00eb mi kan\u00eb dhan\u00eb, mi kan\u00eb dhan\u00eb edhe pajisjet edhe udh\u00ebzimet \u00e7ka me fol edhe si me luajt rolin e nj\u00eb agjenti t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb t\u00eb AKI-s\u00eb.
