Pas shqyrtimit t\u00eb rastit, PZAP kishte konstatuar se p\u00ebrfshirja e t\u00eb miturve n\u00eb k\u00ebto aktivitete p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte shkelje t\u00eb Rregullores Zgjedhore p\u00ebr fushat\u00ebn zgjedhore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb ankes\u00ebn drejtuar Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme, LVV kishte argumentuar se rregullorja nuk ndalon pranin\u00eb e t\u00eb miturve n\u00eb aktivitete politike, por vet\u00ebm angazhimin aktiv t\u00eb tyre nga subjektet politike, duke pretenduar se nj\u00eb angazhim i till\u00eb nuk ishte d\u00ebshmuar n\u00eb rastin konkret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, Gjykata Supreme ka vler\u00ebsuar se PZAP ka zbatuar drejt dispozitat ligjore dhe se q\u00ebllimi i rregullores \u00ebsht\u00eb mbrojtja e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve nga p\u00ebrfshirja n\u00eb aktivitete politike dhe zgjedhore. Sipas gjykat\u00ebs, interpretimi i dispozit\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me interesin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs dhe standardet p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po ashtu, gjykata ka theksuar se p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e subjektit politik nuk shmanget nga fakti se t\u00eb miturit mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar nga prind\u00ebrit ose se pjes\u00ebmarrja e tyre ka qen\u00eb me iniciativ\u00eb personale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb vendimin e saj, Gjykata Supreme ka vler\u00ebsuar gjithashtu se PZAP ka marr\u00eb parasysh pesh\u00ebn e shkeljes, ndikimin e saj t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor dhe faktin se LVV ishte sanksionuar edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb ngjashme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb, Gjykata Supreme ka l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi vendimin e PZAP-it dhe gjob\u00ebn prej 6 mij\u00eb eurosh ndaj L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gjykata Supreme e Kosov\u00ebs ka refuzuar si t\u00eb pabazuar ankes\u00ebn e L\u00ebvizjes&nbsp;Vet\u00ebvendosje kund\u00ebr vendimit t\u00eb Paneli Zgjedhor p\u00ebr Ankesa dhe Parashtresa, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi gjob\u00ebn prej 6 mij\u00eb eurosh t\u00eb shqiptuar p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb rregullave zgjedhore gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e parakohshme t\u00eb 7 qershorit.
