Shtesat p\u00ebr funksionin shtes\u00eb, shpenzimet e kujdestaris\u00eb p\u00ebr prokuror\u00eb dhe staf t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb imediate, shtesat tranzitore, shtesat p\u00ebr kushtet e tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, shtesat p\u00ebr performanc\u00ebn, shtesat p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn me orar t\u00eb pap\u00ebrcaktuar dhe shtesat jasht\u00eb orarit. Si dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira pagat p\u00ebr 185 pozita t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuara p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vit. Mjetet e nevojshme n\u00eb kategorin\u00eb e mallrave dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve jan\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuara si n\u00eb vijim p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar shpenzimet p\u00ebr ekspertiza gjyq\u00ebsore dhe shpenzimet p\u00ebr avokat\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsues, shpenzimet p\u00ebr mir\u00ebmbajtjen e objekteve p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu objektin C t\u00eb Pallatit t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme q\u00eb nga viti 2025 dhe kjo p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb bartur tek K\u00ebshilli Prokurorial i Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, ka theksuar&nbsp;Vuniqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai shtoi se fondet e k\u00ebrkuara p\u00ebr investime kapitale synojn\u00eb kryesisht nd\u00ebrtimin e objekteve t\u00eb reja prokuroriale dhe avancimin e teknologjis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMjetet e nevojshme p\u00ebr investimet kapitale, mjetet shtes\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuara p\u00ebr kategori jan\u00eb mjetet p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar kryesisht projektet kapitale: nd\u00ebrtimi i objektit p\u00ebr Prokurorin\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe Prokurorin\u00eb e Apelit, nd\u00ebrtimi i objektit t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prizren, nd\u00ebrtimi i objektit t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb, si dhe avancimi dhe funksionimi i pajisjeve harduerike dhe softuerike p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb sistemin prokurorial t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, ka deklaruar ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Vuniqit, buxheti i miratuar p\u00ebr vitin 2027 parasheh 969 pozita pune dhe kap vler\u00ebn prej 21,141,298 euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBuxheti i aprovuar dhe numri i stafit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kategorit\u00eb ekonomike p\u00ebr vitin 2027 \u00ebsht\u00eb si n\u00eb vijim: 969 pozita. Pagat dhe shtesat jan\u00eb 14,598,523 euro, mallrat dhe sh\u00ebrbimet jan\u00eb 3,694,759 euro, shpenzimet komunale jan\u00eb 299,116 euro, shpenzimet tjera kapitale jan\u00eb 2,534,501 euro, subvencionet dhe transferet jan\u00eb 14,400 euro. Pra gjithsej buxheti i aprovuar p\u00ebr vitin 2027 \u00ebsht\u00eb 21,141,298 euro\u201d, ka theksuar ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vuniqi b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se k\u00ebrkesa buxhetore synon gjithashtu zgjerimin e kapaciteteve njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb sistemin prokurorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNd\u00ebrsa ai i planifikuari \u00ebsht\u00eb ky si n\u00eb vijim: numri i stafit nga 969 t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb 1,150. Pagat dhe shtesat p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar jan\u00eb gjithsej 17,766,133 euro, mallrat dhe sh\u00ebrbimet 4,809,560 euro, shpenzimet komunale gjithsej 299,116 euro, shpenzimet kapitale pas ndryshimeve dhe k\u00ebrkesave p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e objekteve t\u00eb reja jan\u00eb 9,395,000 euro dhe subvencionet e tjera mbeten t\u00eb pandryshuara 14,400 euro\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb&nbsp;ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai theksoi se rritja e planifikuar e stafit \u00ebsht\u00eb 181 pozita, ose 18.68 p\u00ebr qind m\u00eb shum\u00eb krahasuar me numrin aktual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPra, rrjedhimisht, numri i stafit t\u00eb planifikuar \u00ebsht\u00eb 181 pra q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb rritje k\u00ebtij stafi prej 18.68%. Pagat dhe shtesat t\u00eb shtohen 3,167,610 euro, 21.70%, mallrat dhe sh\u00ebrbimet 1,114,800 euro, shpenzimet komunale t\u00eb mos ndryshojn\u00eb dhe shpenzimet kapitale t\u00eb shtohen 6,860,500 euro. Rrjedhimisht, raporti p\u00ebr buxhetin e aprovuar dhe t\u00eb parashikuar t\u00eb planifikuar p\u00ebr vitin 2027 t\u00eb ket\u00eb ngritje me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn buxhetore prej 11,142,911 euro nga ai q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i planifikuar deri m\u00eb tani\u201d, ka deklaruar Vuniqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb mbledhje foli edhe kryesuesi i KPK-s\u00eb, Arian Gashi, i cili ngriti shqet\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr kushtet e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb Pallatin e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, duke theksuar munges\u00ebn e sistemeve t\u00eb klimatizimit n\u00eb disa hap\u00ebsira pune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAndaj, po duke u dukur ato q\u00eb ceket dhe infrastruktura, sot kemi koleg\u00eb tan\u00eb q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb Pallatin e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, sot n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb, ata kan\u00eb temperatura mbi 30 grad\u00eb n\u00eb zonat e tyre t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, ku asgj\u00eb nuk punon, p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb mund t\u00eb korrigjojm\u00eb kushtet e saj. \u00cbsht\u00eb e varf\u00ebr puna, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb esenciale pra, edhe vitin e ardhsh\u00ebm.
