Sipas prokuroris\u00eb, Tha\u00e7i ka tentuar t\u00eb pengoj\u00eb persona zyrtar\u00eb n\u00eb kryerjen e detyrave zyrtare, shkelje t\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb procedur\u00ebs dhe akuzohet p\u00ebr mosbindje ndaj gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edhe tre t\u00eb akuzuarit e tjer\u00eb Bashkim Smakaj, Isni Kilaj dhe Fadil Fazliu ngarkohen me akuzat p\u00ebr pengim t\u00eb personave zyrtar\u00eb n\u00eb kryerjen e detyrave zyrtare, shkelje t\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb procedur\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr mosbindje ndaj gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hajredin Ku\u00e7i n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, akuzohet p\u00ebr dy pika t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale p\u00ebr mosbindje ndaj gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cT\u00eb akuzuarit shkel\u00ebn q\u00ebllimisht vendime gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb hartuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar se d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt dhe viktimat mund t\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb lirsh\u00ebm, pa frik\u00eb dhe pa ndikim, dhe t\u00eb ken\u00eb besimin se identitetet dhe fjal\u00ebt e tyre do t\u00eb mbeten konfidenciale p\u00ebr gjykat\u00ebn dhe pal\u00ebt,\u201d tha Prokurorja e Specializuar, Kimberly West.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">West tha se sipas saj, kjo sjellje p\u00ebrb\u00ebn rrezik p\u00ebr sundimin e ligjit dhe se k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt t\u00eb japin d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e tyre pa trysni, ndikim apo nd\u00ebrhyrje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij institucioni q\u00eb k\u00ebto fakte t\u00eb gjykohen dhe t\u00eb shpallen publikisht, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb dokumentohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta dhe t\u00eb besueshme.
