Prokuroria Speciale e kund\u00ebrshtoi propozimin, nd\u00ebrsa gjykata caktoi vazhdimin e seancave p\u00ebr muajt shtator dhe tetor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykimi ndaj Ramadan Morin\u00ebs, i akuzuar p\u00ebr krime lufte kund\u00ebr popullat\u00ebs civile gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb tij, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga avokati Arianit Koci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs, prokurori i Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale, Armend Zenelaj, kund\u00ebrshtoi k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr shtyrje, duke theksuar se gjykata m\u00eb her\u00ebt kishte obliguar Prokurorin\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e d\u00ebshmitares anonime me kodin D1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas shqyrtimit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs, trupi gjykues vendosi ta shtyj\u00eb seanc\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrsa vazhdimi i gjykimit u caktua p\u00ebr muajt shtator dhe tetor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb seanc\u00eb, avokati Arianit Koci ngriti shqet\u00ebsime lidhur me nj\u00eb ftes\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar nga gjykata n\u00eb muajin prill, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, sipas tij, ai dhe klienti i tij ishin identifikuar si serb\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjyqtari Beqiri sqaroi se b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gabim teknik dhe jo p\u00ebr nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim apo tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs, duke sqaruar se shumica e rasteve t\u00eb krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs q\u00eb trajtohen n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me t\u00eb akuzuar t\u00eb nacionalitetit serb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale, Morina akuzohet se gjat\u00eb viteve 1998\u20131999, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje me persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb vrasje, d\u00ebbime, arrestime dhe keqtrajtime fizike t\u00eb civil\u00ebve n\u00eb fshatin Burim t\u00eb Malishev\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aktakuza pretendon se nga nj\u00eb grup civil\u00ebsh shqiptar\u00eb u ndan\u00eb 35 burra, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u detyruan t\u00eb rreshtoheshin, nd\u00ebrsa grat\u00eb dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt u larguan n\u00ebn k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimin e arm\u00ebve.
