Ajo u p\u00ebrdor si arm\u00eb lufte. U p\u00ebrdor p\u00ebr t\u00eb posht\u00ebruar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb plag\u00eb t\u00eb thella, t\u00eb cilat po t\u00eb jemi shum\u00eb t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb, vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb ndihen edhe sot\u201d, theksoi&nbsp;G\u00ebrvalla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke folur p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuarit e dhun\u00ebs seksuale gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs, G\u00ebrvalla vler\u00ebsoi guximin e tyre p\u00ebr ta thyer heshtjen dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar drejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite, mbi k\u00ebto krime r\u00ebndoi heshtja. Prandaj sot nderojm\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm vuajtjen e t\u00eb mbijetuarve, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha guximin e tyre. Guximin p\u00ebr t\u00eb folur. Guximin p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar. Guximin p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar drejt\u00ebsi\u201d, deklaroi G\u00ebrvalla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministrja G\u00ebrvalla shprehu mir\u00ebnjohje p\u00ebr organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, profesionist\u00ebt, aktivist\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb kontribuar nd\u00ebr vite n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e t\u00eb mbijetuarve, duke ve\u00e7uar edhe rolin e Presidentes Atifete Jahjaga n\u00eb nxjerrjen e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje nga heshtja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb adresimin e saj, G\u00ebrvalla tha se Republika e Kosov\u00ebs ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapa konkret\u00eb p\u00ebr dokumentimin, hetimin dhe ndjekjen e krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRepublika e Kosov\u00ebs ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapa konkret\u00eb p\u00ebr dokumentimin, hetimin dhe ndjekjen e krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Kemi forcuar kapacitetet institucionale, kemi krijuar mekanizma p\u00ebr njohjen dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen e t\u00eb mbijetuarve dhe kemi mund\u00ebsuar gjykimin n\u00eb munges\u00eb p\u00ebr krimet e luft\u00ebs. Sepse mungesa e bashk\u00ebpunimit nga Serbia nuk do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb na b\u00ebhet penges\u00eb e p\u00ebrhershme p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkimin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d, pohoi ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ritheksoi se drejt\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuarit mbetet obligim i p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm i institucioneve dhe se autor\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre krimeve duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa Serbia duhet t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb i takon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, ministrja G\u00ebrvalla p\u00ebrcolli nj\u00eb mesazh solidariteti p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJu, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk jeni vet\u00ebm. Jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb ne nuk do t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb ne nuk do t\u00eb heshtim. Por nuk do t\u00eb ndalemi asnj\u00ebher\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebrkuari drejt\u00ebsi.
