Bashk\u00ebpunimi p\u00ebr qasje n\u00eb takime, intervista apo sigurimin e informatave ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb nivelin e duhur.<br>Kam qen\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar dhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb situata q\u00eb sot duken t\u00eb pabesueshme. N\u00eb vitin 2012, kam nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb s\u00ebrish p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb deputet\u00ebt gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrplasjes mes Rexhep Selimit, Latif Gashit, Kamishit dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve n\u00eb hollin dhe oborrin e Kuvendit. E kam b\u00ebr\u00eb sepse kam besuar dhe vazhdoj t\u00eb besoj se institucioni i shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe duhet t\u00eb mbetet i shenjt\u00eb.<br>Po ashtu, kam p\u00ebrjetuar k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb kur n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga tualetet e Kuvendit gjeta nj\u00eb portofol me 2000 euro. Thirra menj\u00ebher\u00eb policin\u00eb dhe sekretarin e Kuvendit p\u00ebr t\u00eb verifikuar rastin. Portofoli i p\u00ebrkiste nj\u00eb zyrtari q\u00eb sapo kishte marr\u00eb kredi p\u00ebr t\u00eb shlyer borxhet e krijuara gjat\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb. Lot\u00ebt e g\u00ebzimit t\u00eb tij kur e mori mbrapsht portofolin mbeten nd\u00ebr kujtimet m\u00eb njer\u00ebzore q\u00eb kam nga ai institucion.<br>Kam par\u00eb e d\u00ebgjuar skena e prapaskena q\u00eb zor se i p\u00ebrshkruan edhe lapsi. Kam qen\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar i ngjarjeve gjat\u00eb zgjedhjes s\u00eb Behgjet Pacollit president, i presioneve p\u00ebr votimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale nga emisar\u00eb e zyrtar\u00eb vendor\u00eb e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, si dhe i ofendimeve nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet mes deputet\u00ebve.<br>Por ajo q\u00eb m\u00eb ka l\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti mbres\u00eb dhe m\u00eb brengos edhe sot \u00ebsht\u00eb servilizmi i skajsh\u00ebm ndaj lider\u00ebve politik\u00eb dhe ndaj nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve. E kam par\u00eb pothuajse te t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb. Kam par\u00eb shum\u00eb pak iniciativa t\u00eb sinqerta p\u00ebr ligje dhe politika n\u00eb interes t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb vendit, nd\u00ebrsa kam d\u00ebgjuar pafund biseda e skenar\u00eb se si t\u00eb d\u00ebmtohet kund\u00ebrshtari politik, si t\u00eb merret pushteti ose si t\u00eb ruhet ai.<br>Me keqardhje e them se k\u00ebto jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr legjislaturat m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebta q\u00eb ka pasur Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs. Me ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rrall\u00eb, niveli profesional i deputet\u00ebve n\u00eb aspektin e politik\u00ebb\u00ebrjes \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebrues. Shpesh shihen t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgatitur, pa vizion, pa kultur\u00eb institucionale, me sjellje rruga\u00e7\u00ebrore, me akuza banale e bajate. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti dallohen shefat e grupeve parlamentare p\u00ebr arroganc\u00ebn e tyre, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shum\u00eb rrall\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb kultur\u00eb dialogu, nd\u00ebrsa shpesh prodhojn\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arje, urrejtje dhe sharlataniz\u00ebm politik.<br>Kuvendi \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb aren\u00eb gladiator\u00ebsh dhe gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb pak ngjan me institucionin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb legjislativ t\u00eb vendit.<br>Mandati kushtetues i deputetit \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrcaktuar qart\u00eb. Edhe Rregullorja e Kuvendit e sanksionon qart\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre. N\u00eb momentin e betimit secili deputet deklaron:<br>\u201cUn\u00eb, deputeti i Kuvendit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, betohem se me nder e me p\u00ebrkushtim do ta kryej detyr\u00ebn time dhe do ta p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj me dinjitet popullin, do t\u00eb punoj n\u00eb interes t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u2026\u201d<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por sa po respektohet ky betim?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrgjigjen nuk e japin deklaratat e tyre, por veprat. E faktet jan\u00eb kok\u00ebforta. Mjafton t\u00eb ndiqen seancat parlamentare p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se sa larg \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e politik\u00ebs son\u00eb nga dinjiteti, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia dhe interesi publik.<br>Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, duket se si shoq\u00ebri na jan\u00eb sakatosur disa prej vlerave themelore. Dhe m\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese se kaq \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mir\u00eb e deputet\u00ebve duket se po udh\u00ebhiqen m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga interesat personale, partiake dhe grupore sesa nga interesi shtet\u00ebror.<br>Deklaratat e tyre pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb fundit nuk japin shum\u00eb arsye p\u00ebr optimiz\u00ebm. Bllokadat, p\u00ebr\u00e7arjet, inatet politike dhe akuzat e nd\u00ebrsjella kan\u00eb nisur q\u00eb n\u00eb start. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb gar\u00ebs s\u00eb ideve, po shohim gar\u00eb p\u00ebr protagoniz\u00ebm; n\u00eb vend t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb, arsyetime; n\u00eb vend t\u00eb shtetit, parti.<br>Pa nj\u00eb reflektim t\u00eb thell\u00eb dhe pa nj\u00eb tronditje serioze t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kaste politike, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se mund t\u00eb pritet ndonj\u00eb ndryshim i madh.
