Tha\u00e7i kishte dy lloj d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebsh. T\u00eb par\u00ebt ishin personat e brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i identifikoi Tha\u00e7i, q\u00eb mendoi se ishin vendimtar n\u00eb gjykimin ndaj tij, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb flisin p\u00ebr struktur\u00ebn e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe rolin drejtues t\u00eb Tha\u00e7it. Lloji i dyt\u00eb ishin d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt viktima q\u00eb mund ta implikonin at\u00eb\u201d, tha prokurori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eb tej Hafetz akuzoi Tha\u00e7in p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb rregullave t\u00eb paraburgimit&nbsp;dhe konfidencialitetit t\u00eb DhSK-s\u00eb, sepse sipas tij, ai e shnd\u00ebrroi at\u00eb n\u00eb &#8220;qend\u00ebr t\u00eb pengimit&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ai e ktheu objektin e paraburgimit me an\u00eb t\u00eb vizitave t\u00eb tij me bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt n\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb pengimit dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhduar i ka shenjestruar d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb kryhet nd\u00ebrhyrje ndaj tyre duke p\u00ebshp\u00ebritur urdhra p\u00ebr vizitor\u00ebt e tij p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si duhet t\u00eb jepin d\u00ebshmi d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt p\u00ebr ta ndihmuar at\u00eb\u201d, tha prokurori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tha\u00e7i, Smakaj, Kilaj, Fazliu e Ku\u00e7i deklarohen s\u00ebrish t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb Hag\u00eb ka nisur seanca e deklaratave hyr\u00ebse n\u00eb rastin p\u00ebr pengim t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb kund\u00ebr ish-presidentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Hashim Tha\u00e7i, ish-ministrit t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Hajredin Ku\u00e7i, ish-shefit t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr Inteligjenc\u00eb, Bashkim Smakaj, ish-kryetarit t\u00eb Malishev\u00ebs, Isni Kilaj, dhe veteranit t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, Fadil Fazliu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykat\u00ebsi ka pyetur me radh\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarit \u2013 t\u00eb cil\u00ebt m\u00eb her\u00ebt jan\u00eb deklaruar t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm \u2013 n\u00ebse e kuptojn\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebn dhe n\u00ebse ndihen fajtor\u00eb ose jo. Ata u deklaruan s\u00ebrish t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs, Prokuroria e Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb shpalosjes s\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs, e ngarkoi Hashim Tha\u00e7in me 11 pika p\u00ebr kryerje t\u00eb veprave penale kund\u00ebr administrimit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria tha se ai akuzohet p\u00ebr tri vepra penale kund\u00ebr rendit publik dhe tet\u00eb akuza p\u00ebr vepra penale kund\u00ebr administrimit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe administrat\u00ebs publike. Sipas prokuroris\u00eb, Tha\u00e7i ka tentuar t\u00eb pengoj\u00eb persona zyrtar\u00eb n\u00eb kryerjen e detyrave zyrtare, ka shkelur fsheht\u00ebsin\u00eb e procedur\u00ebs dhe akuzohet p\u00ebr mosbindje ndaj gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edhe tre t\u00eb akuzuarit e tjer\u00eb, Bashkim Smakaj, Isni Kilaj dhe Fadil Fazliu, ngarkohen me akuza p\u00ebr pengim t\u00eb personave zyrtar\u00eb n\u00eb kryerjen e detyrave zyrtare, shkelje t\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb procedur\u00ebs dhe mosbindje ndaj gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hajredin Ku\u00e7i, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, akuzohet p\u00ebr dy pika t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale t\u00eb mosbindjes ndaj gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cT\u00eb akuzuarit shkel\u00ebn q\u00ebllimisht vendime gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb hartuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar q\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt dhe viktimat mund t\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb lirsh\u00ebm, pa frik\u00eb dhe pa ndikim, dhe t\u00eb ken\u00eb besimin se identitetet dhe fjal\u00ebt e tyre do t\u00eb mbeten konfidenciale p\u00ebr gjykat\u00ebn dhe pal\u00ebt\u201d, tha prokurorja e Specializuar, Kimberly West.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">West tha se, sipas saj, kjo sjellje p\u00ebrb\u00ebn rrezik p\u00ebr sundimin e ligjit dhe k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt t\u00eb japin d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e tyre pa trysni, ndikim apo nd\u00ebrhyrje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij institucioni q\u00eb k\u00ebto fakte t\u00eb gjykohen dhe t\u00eb shpallen publikisht, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb dokumentohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta dhe t\u00eb besueshme. Mb\u00ebshtetja e sundimit t\u00eb ligjit do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se askush nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mbi ligjin.
