Po ashtu, rektori kishte hasur edhe nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Etik\u00ebs t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs p\u00ebr masa disiplinore ndaj ish-rektorit dhe profesorit Enver Hasani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb kompetencave dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive q\u00eb rrjedhin nga funksioni i rektorit, k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje jan\u00eb trajtuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb procedurale, duke u referuar n\u00eb organet kompetente p\u00ebr shqyrtim t\u00eb pavarur dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi, si dhe jan\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb strukturat p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb universitetit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eb 18 prill 2025, K\u00ebshilli i Etik\u00ebs i Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, me vendim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, hodhi posht\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha pretendimet e profesorit Enver Hasani ndaj rektorit prof. Arben Hajrullahu n\u00eb denoncimin e tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb postim t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs thuhet se \u201cQ\u00eb nga marrja e detyr\u00ebs, rektori i Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, profesori Arben Hajrullahu, ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapa drejt forcimit t\u00eb ligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb, meritokracis\u00eb dhe mbrojtjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs institucionale t\u00eb UP-s\u00eb. Sipas njoftimit, k\u00ebto p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr reforma strukturore dhe rikthim t\u00eb standardeve institucionale kan\u00eb prodhuar reagime dhe kund\u00ebrshtime nga aktor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe individ\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb praktikat e kontestuara\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UP vler\u00ebson se akuzat dhe denoncimet e adresuara ndaj rektorit Arben Hajrullahu shihen si pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb dinamike m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb q\u00eb synon krijimin e paqart\u00ebsive n\u00eb opinionin publik dhe ushtrimin e presionit ndaj proceseve reformuese.
