Dor\u00ebheqjen e panegociueshme t\u00eb kryeministrit dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qeveris\u00eb.<br>2. Krijimin e nj\u00eb qeverie teknike tranzitore p\u00ebr jo m\u00eb pak se 12 muaj.<br>3. Ndryshime kushtetuese dhe miratimin e tyre me referendum, ku p\u00ebrfshihet ndryshimi i Kodit Zgjedhor, q\u00eb sipas tij ka marr\u00eb peng vendin q\u00eb prej vitit 2008.<br>4. Ndryshime n\u00eb ligjin p\u00ebr financimin e partive politike, pasi sipas deklaruesit, p\u00ebrmes tij financohen nga paraja e krimit dhe drog\u00ebs.<br>5.
