Ato mbesin edhe pasi fiket ekrani dhe mbaron debati. Mbesin n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb ku prej vitesh p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet e nj\u00ebjta pyetje: si ta kuptosh q\u00eb njeriu yt zhduket me dhun\u00eb gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs dhe familja mbetet pa asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje?\u201d, u shpreh u.d. presidentja Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas saj, zhdukja me dhun\u00eb e k\u00ebput k\u00ebt\u00eb fill t\u00eb kuptimit, duke shtuar tutje se nuk ka shpjegim q\u00eb e b\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb pritjen e nj\u00eb familjeje, as fjal\u00eb q\u00eb e z\u00ebvend\u00ebson njeriun q\u00eb mungon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPor pamund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar nuk e heq detyrimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb ditur. Primo Levi ka shkruar se, kur t\u00eb kuptosh \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur, t\u00eb dish b\u00ebhet e domosdoshme. P\u00ebr familjet e personave t\u00eb pagjetur, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa e vetme, ta din\u00eb ku jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb dashurit e tyre\u201d, theksoi Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas saj, p\u00ebrgjigje nuk ka ngase Serbia ende i mban t\u00eb mbyllura arkivat e saj ushtarake, policore dhe shtet\u00ebrore, ndaj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, Serbia mban p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb.&nbsp; Ajo tha se n\u00eb ato arkiva mund t\u00eb gjenden t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr urdhra, varrime, zhvarrime dhe vendndodhje q\u00eb familjet i presin prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb \u00e7erek shekulli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cVarrezat masive t\u00eb zbuluara n\u00eb territorin e Serbis\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se fshehja e gjurm\u00ebve ka qen\u00eb e q\u00ebllimshme. Hapja e arkivave nuk mund t\u00eb mbetet \u00e7\u00ebshtje e vullnetit t\u00eb Beogradit. Partner\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb duhet ta trajtojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb si detyrim t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb ndaj familjeve, ndaj drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe ndaj s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs. Rreth 1600 persona ende jan\u00eb n\u00eb listat e t\u00eb pagjetur\u00ebve, dhe shpeshher\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden si numra dhe si statistika. Por dokumentar\u00ebt e till\u00eb shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej statistikave duke na dh\u00ebn\u00eb emrat, fytyrat, dhe rr\u00ebfimet p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrmes z\u00ebrave q\u00eb kan\u00eb pritur shum\u00eb gjat\u00eb\u201d, tha tutje u.d. presidentja Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Ajo shtoi se nga Drenasi n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb, nga Peja n\u00eb Prizren, nga Gjilani n\u00eb Ferizaj, nga Gjakova n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, k\u00ebto rr\u00ebfime na kujtojn\u00eb se mungesa mund t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do sht\u00ebpi, por pritja dhe k\u00ebrkesa \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas u.d. presidentes Haxhiu, k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr t\u00eb ditur nuk mund t\u00eb mbetet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e familjeve, ajo, sipas saj k\u00ebrkon pun\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme institucionale: hetim, dokumentim, pun\u00eb mjekoligjore, bashk\u00ebpunim me familjet dhe ndjekje t\u00eb \u00e7do informacioni q\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb te e v\u00ebrteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDua t\u00eb fal\u00ebnderoj Institutin e Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb Ligjore, Komisionin Qeveritar, Prokurorin\u00eb Speciale, Policin\u00eb dhe partner\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn n\u00eb gjetjen e personave t\u00eb zhdukur me dhun\u00eb dhe n\u00eb adresimin e krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Vitet e fundit ka pasur p\u00ebrparim, fal\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb kapaciteteve dhe ndryshimeve ligjore q\u00eb kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar gjykimin n\u00eb munges\u00eb, si p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj mosbashk\u00ebpunimit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Institucionet e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs mbeten t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuara ta mb\u00ebshtesin k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb, sepse drejt\u00ebsia p\u00ebr krimet e luft\u00ebs mbetet detyrim i pashmangsh\u00ebm\u201d, u shpreh Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo, tutje tha se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, Kosova ka b\u00ebr\u00eb hapa t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm duke e vendosur k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje edhe n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr ligjor e institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb korrik 2023, Kosova iu bashkua Komisionit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Persona t\u00eb Zhdukur, ICMP. N\u00eb gusht 2023 u themelua Instituti p\u00ebr Krimet e Kryera gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa Strategjia p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi Tranzicionale 2024\u20132034 e vendos k\u00ebrkimin e t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, reparacionet dhe reform\u00ebn institucionale si shtylla t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj fushe. Kjo pun\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrgjigje konkrete. Identifikimi i personave t\u00eb zhdukur nga masakra e Kralanit dhe rivarrimi i tyre pas kaq shum\u00eb vitesh na e kujton se asnj\u00eb rast nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i mbyllur p\u00ebrderisa familja nuk ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U.d. presidentja Haxhiu ka fal\u00ebnderuar BIRN Kosov\u00ebn, ACDC-n\u00eb, Bashkimin Evropian dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb punuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt, duke shtuar m\u00eb tej se fal\u00ebnderimi m\u00eb i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb u takon familjeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb pranuar t\u00eb flasin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAto nuk kan\u00eb folur p\u00ebr ta kthyer dhimbjen n\u00eb rr\u00ebfim publik, por sepse e din\u00eb se e v\u00ebrteta duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb edhe z\u00eb edhe d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb.
