Shtoni 40 g anthotiro t\u00eb th\u00ebrrmuar, p\u00ebrzieni ngadal\u00eb dhe &#8220;piqeni&#8221; p\u00ebr 3-4 minuta, derisa om\u00ebleta t\u00eb marr\u00eb ngjyr\u00eb t\u00eb art\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sh\u00ebrbejeni me 1 fet\u00eb buk\u00eb me maja t\u00eb thekur dhe t\u00eb lyer me 1 lug\u00eb gjelle gjalp\u00eb kikiriku dhe nj\u00eb l\u00ebng t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt prej 200 g pjepri dhe 20 ml limoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. T\u00ebrsh\u00ebr\u00eb e zier gjat\u00eb nat\u00ebs me qershi dhe fara lulekuqeje: N\u00eb nj\u00eb tas, zhytni 30 g t\u00ebrsh\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pet\u00ebzuara n\u00eb 200 ml qum\u00ebsht bajamesh gjat\u00eb nat\u00ebs. T\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen, shtoni 40 g qershi t\u00eb grira trash\u00eb dhe pa b\u00ebrtham\u00eb,&nbsp; 1 lug\u00eb \u00e7aji fara lulekuqeje dhe pak l\u00ebkur\u00eb limoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sh\u00ebrbejeni me kafe greke t\u00eb aromatizuar me pak kardamom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Dako me katiki dhe domate qershi: N\u00eb nj\u00eb biskot\u00eb elbi prej 50 g, lyeni 30 g katiki Domokos dhe shtoni sip\u00ebr 50 g domate qershi t\u00eb grira. Sp\u00ebrkateni me 1 lug\u00eb \u00e7aji kapari t\u00eb kulluar dhe pak rigon t\u00eb thar\u00eb. Sip\u00ebr ose pran\u00eb saj, shtoni 1 vez\u00eb t\u00eb zier t\u00eb prer\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr pjes\u00eb dhe 2 ullinj t\u00eb zi sipas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sh\u00ebrbejeni me \u00e7aj kamomili t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb, t\u00eb aromatizuar me pak livando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Tas smoothie me pjep\u00ebr dhe kos: N\u00eb blenderin q\u00eb kemi, rrahim 150 g pjep\u00ebr, 150 g kos lope t\u00eb kulluar 2% dhe 1 banane t\u00eb vog\u00ebl , t\u00eb ngrira (e kemi futur n\u00eb frigorifer nat\u00ebn e kaluar) derisa t\u00eb b\u00ebhen kremoze.
