{"id":22507,"date":"2026-07-03T23:35:00","date_gmt":"2026-07-03T21:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=22507"},"modified":"2026-07-03T15:38:28","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T13:38:28","slug":"hapen-dy-skema-grantesh-me-mbi-1-5-milione-euro-per-bizneset","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/07\/03\/hapen-dy-skema-grantesh-me-mbi-1-5-milione-euro-per-bizneset\/","title":{"rendered":"Hapen dy skema grantesh me mbi 1.5 milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebr bizneset"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ministria e Industris\u00eb, Nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsis\u00eb, Tregtis\u00eb dhe Inovacionit (MINTI), n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Ministrin\u00eb e Ekonomis\u00eb, ka lansuar dy skema t\u00eb reja grantesh me vler\u00eb totale mbi 1.5 milion\u00eb euro, t\u00eb dedikuara p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e inovacionit n\u00eb sektorin e teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb informacionit dhe komunikimit (TIK) si dhe investimeve n\u00eb energji t\u00eb past\u00ebr p\u00ebr bizneset.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministrja n\u00eb detyr\u00eb e Industris\u00eb, Nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsis\u00eb, Tregtis\u00eb dhe Inovacionit, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, tha se skema p\u00ebr inovacion synon t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjet mikro, t\u00eb vogla, t\u00eb mesme dhe bizneset start-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cQ\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebsaj skeme \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjet mikro, t\u00eb vogla e t\u00eb mesme si dhe bizneset start-up p\u00ebr zhvillimin e produkteve, sh\u00ebrbimeve ose proceseve inovative n\u00eb sektorin e teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb informacionit dhe komunikimit\u201d, deklaroi Kusari-Lila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se buxheti i k\u00ebsaj skeme \u00ebsht\u00eb 1.16 milion euro, ku 600 mij\u00eb euro financohen nga MINTI dhe 560 mij\u00eb euro nga LuxDev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas saj, 760 mij\u00eb euro jan\u00eb ndar\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmarrjet mikro, t\u00eb vogla dhe t\u00eb mesme, nd\u00ebrsa 400 mij\u00eb euro p\u00ebr bizneset start-up. Kusari-Lila sqaroi se p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmarrjet ekzistuese granti mbulon deri n\u00eb 50 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb kostos s\u00eb projektit, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr start-up-et deri n\u00eb 80 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cProjektet q\u00eb financohen duhet t\u00eb paraqesin inovacion n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e TIK-ut. Kjo p\u00ebrfshin zhvillimin e aplikacioneve softuerike, inteligjenc\u00ebn artificiale, sigurin\u00eb kibernetike, blockchain, analiz\u00ebn e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, automatizimin e proceseve, platformat e bashk\u00ebpunimit online, sistemet e menaxhimit t\u00eb biznesit dhe teknologji t\u00eb tjera moderne\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo shtoi se aplikimi do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes platform\u00ebs e-Kosova, nd\u00ebrsa pagesa e grantit do t\u00eb realizohet n\u00eb dy k\u00ebste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, ministrja n\u00eb detyr\u00eb e Ekonomis\u00eb, Artane Rizvanolli, prezantoi skem\u00ebn p\u00ebr energji t\u00eb past\u00ebr me buxhet prej 380 mij\u00eb eurosh, e cila do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb investimet n\u00eb sisteme solare, efi\u00e7ienc\u00eb energjetike dhe pajisje q\u00eb reduktojn\u00eb konsumin e energjis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj skeme, nd\u00ebrmarrjet do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb grante deri n\u00eb 25.000 euro n\u00eb total\u201d, tha Rizvanolli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo shpjegoi se skema p\u00ebrfshin tri masa: mb\u00ebshtetjen p\u00ebr sisteme solare fotovoltaike dhe bateri, investime n\u00eb efi\u00e7ienc\u00ebn energjetike t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesave, si dhe blerjen e pajisjeve q\u00eb rrisin efikasitetin energjetik t\u00eb linjave t\u00eb prodhimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Rizvanollit, p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi n\u00eb vler\u00ebsim do t\u00eb ken\u00eb bizneset q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb tregun e liberalizuar t\u00eb energjis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNj\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u2019u theksuar \u00ebsht\u00eb se nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb skem\u00eb do ta ken\u00eb bizneset t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb tashm\u00eb n\u00eb treg t\u00eb hapur t\u00eb energjis\u00eb, pra nuk p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga tarifat e rregulluara\u201d, deklaroi ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministrja theksoi se skema \u00ebsht\u00eb e dedikuar vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb prodhuese dhe p\u00ebrpunuese t\u00eb regjistruara deri m\u00eb 1 janar 2024, nd\u00ebrsa thirrja publike do t\u00eb hapet n\u00eb dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vijim n\u00eb platform\u00ebn e-Kosova, me afat aplikimi prej 15 dit\u00ebsh pune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkaq, i ngarkuari me Pun\u00eb i Dukatit t\u00eb Madh t\u00eb Luksemburgut n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Eric Dietz, tha se LuxDev do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb zhvillimin e sektorit privat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDo t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesim bizneset q\u00eb t\u00eb rriten, q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe m\u00eb reziliente n\u00eb treg\u201d, tha Dietz, duke shtuar se investimet n\u00eb energjin\u00eb e rip\u00ebrt\u00ebritshme dhe inovacion jan\u00eb nj\u00eb nxitje p\u00ebr rritjen e konkurrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb bizneseve.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ministria e Industris\u00eb, Nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsis\u00eb, Tregtis\u00eb dhe Inovacionit (MINTI), n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Ministrin\u00eb e Ekonomis\u00eb, ka lansuar dy skema t\u00eb reja grantesh me vler\u00eb totale mbi 1.5 milion\u00eb euro, t\u00eb dedikuara p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e inovacionit n\u00eb sektorin e teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb informacionit dhe komunikimit (TIK) si dhe investimeve n\u00eb energji t\u00eb past\u00ebr p\u00ebr bizneset.
