Ka masterplane n\u00eb librin \u2018Albania Files\u2019, t\u00eb cilin inkuizicioni i d\u00ebshtak\u00ebzem\u00ebrak\u00ebve t\u00eb kores s\u00eb zez\u00eb t\u00eb protest\u00ebs e ka kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb p\u00ebr mua dhe p\u00ebr arkitekt\u00ebt e huaj. Dhjet\u00eb prej tyre jan\u00eb nderuar me Nobelin e Arkitektur\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebtu nderohen me nj\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb. Jan\u00eb masterplane t\u00eb porositura nga subjekte private, n\u00eb troje private, t\u00eb cilat arkitekt\u00ebt kan\u00eb vendosur t\u2019i p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb n\u00eb dosjet e tyre, n\u00eb liri t\u00eb plot\u00eb. Ka edhe masterplane q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb pranuar nga K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar i Territorit, prov\u00eb se K\u00ebshilli nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fasad\u00eb, por nj\u00eb institucion serioz. Megjithat\u00eb, inkuizicioni i p\u00ebrdor k\u00ebto si prova t\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs p\u00ebr tradhtin\u00eb time komb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebr shitjen e atdheut nga un\u00eb. T\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb zezat q\u00eb d\u00ebshtak\u00ebzem\u00ebrak\u00ebt m\u2019i faturojn\u00eb mua jan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngush\u00eblluar veten n\u00eb falimentimin e tyre n\u00eb mediokritet. Ky agjitator i algoritmit e ka fabrikuar k\u00ebt\u00eb sh\u00ebmti\u201d, theksoi Rama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rama theksoi se vendimi p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e Gjirit t\u00eb Porto Palermos \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar ruajtjen e nj\u00eb prej zonave m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme natyrore dhe historike t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai n\u00ebnvizoi se, krahas statusit t\u00eb mbrojtjes, qeveria po vijon pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr transformimin e zon\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb destinacion turistik p\u00ebrmes muzeut t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Ftoht\u00eb dhe rehabilitimit t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs ekzistuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kreu i qeveris\u00eb shqiptare akuzoi kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt politik\u00eb dhe, sipas tij, \u201cagjitator\u00ebt e algoritmit\u201d, se po nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb narrativa t\u00eb pav\u00ebrteta p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar konfuzion, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ushqyer pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur urrejtje n\u00eb opinionin publik. Rama tha se jan\u00eb fabrikuar edhe materiale t\u00eb krijuara me inteligjenc\u00eb artificiale, t\u00eb cilat po p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur pretendime t\u00eb rreme mbi Porto Palermon dhe projekte t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKy agjitator i algoritmit e ka fabrikuar k\u00ebt\u00eb sh\u00ebmti, e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00eb me ChatGPT, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mashtruar opinionin publik. Ironia m\u00eb e madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb se, pasi u kthyen nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebrkesash p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtim n\u00eb at\u00eb zon\u00eb, un\u00eb i kam k\u00ebrkuar qeveris\u00eb t\u00eb miratoj\u00eb mbrojtjen e krejt Gjirit t\u00eb Porto Palermos nga nd\u00ebrtimet. E kemi shpallur at\u00eb gji monument t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs dhe po mbyllim projektin e muzeut t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Ftoht\u00eb te tuneli, si edhe rehabilitimin p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime turistike t\u00eb repartit bashk\u00ebngjitur\u201d, tha Rama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rama u ndal edhe te fenomeni i dezinformimit n\u00eb rrjetet sociale, duke pranuar se ai dhe qeveria mund t\u00eb kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndihmuar t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb imunitet ndaj manipulimeve q\u00eb qarkullojn\u00eb n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJetojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, por kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb justifikim. \u00cbsht\u00eb dhimbje p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e sinqert\u00eb q\u00eb mbyten dhe helmohen n\u00eb kanalet e informimit.
