Nd\u00ebrkaq, ka v\u00ebrtetuar pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb aktgjykimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, me t\u00eb cilin Milun Milenkoviq dhe Aleksand\u00ebr Vllajiq u d\u00ebnuan me nga pes\u00eb vjet burgim.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me aktvendimin APS.nr.9\/2026, Apeli ka refuzuar si t\u00eb pabazuara ankesat e Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebsve t\u00eb M.M. dhe A.V., nd\u00ebrsa ka aprovuar pjes\u00ebrisht ankes\u00ebn e mbrojt\u00ebsit t\u00eb D.P., vet\u00ebm n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me d\u00ebnimin. N\u00eb d\u00ebnimin prej nj\u00eb viti do t\u00eb llogaritet koha e kaluar n\u00eb paraburgim dhe arrest sht\u00ebpiak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pantiqi, Millenkoviqi dhe Vllajiqi ishin d\u00ebnuar nga Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb m\u00eb 28 korrik 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykata Themelore kishte shpallur fajtor\u00eb M.M. dhe A.V. p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKryerja e vepr\u00ebs terroriste n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje\u201d, duke i d\u00ebnuar secilin me nga pes\u00eb vjet burgim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkaq, p\u00ebr D.P. gjykata e shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb ricil\u00ebsimin juridik t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale, duke e shpallur fajtor p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cPjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb turm\u00eb q\u00eb kryen vep\u00ebr penale dhe huliganiz\u00ebm\u201d dhe duke e d\u00ebnuar me dy vjet burgim. Pas shqyrtimit t\u00eb ankes\u00ebs, Gjykata e Apelit e uli d\u00ebnimin n\u00eb nj\u00eb vit burgim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn \u00e7\u00ebshtje penale, M.V., i akuzuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKryerja e vepr\u00ebs terroriste n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje\u201d, ishte liruar nga akuza pasi gjykata kishte vler\u00ebsuar se nuk ishte provuar p\u00ebrtej dyshimit t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm se ai kishte kryer vepr\u00ebn penale p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn akuzohej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykata e Apelit vler\u00ebsoi se pretendimet e mbrojtjes dhe t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs penale, shkelje t\u00eb ligjit penal dhe v\u00ebrtetim t\u00eb gabuar apo jo t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb gjendjes faktike nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb bazuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Apelit, aktgjykimi i Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore p\u00ebrmban arsye t\u00eb qarta dhe t\u00eb plota, nd\u00ebrsa provat e administruara kan\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar ekzistimin e elementeve t\u00eb veprave penale p\u00ebr M.M. dhe A.V.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa i p\u00ebrket D.P., Apeli vler\u00ebsoi se provat nuk krijonin baz\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar se ai kishte marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb realizimin e sulmit me mjete shp\u00ebrthyese apo kishte kontribuar drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs terroriste, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi ricil\u00ebsimin juridik t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs dhe duke ndryshuar vet\u00ebm d\u00ebnimin n\u00eb nj\u00eb vit burgim.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rasti lidhet me sulmin ndaj zyrave t\u00eb Komisionit Komunal Zgjedhor (KKZ) n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn e Veriut m\u00eb 6 dhjetor 2022.
