Alarmi vjen pas largimit t\u00eb mbi 37 mij\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve nga Kosova vet\u00ebm brenda nj\u00eb viti, duke ngritur dyshime se mij\u00ebra f\u00ebmij\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebrgim, vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb paguhen nga buxheti i shtetit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rreth 400 e 6 mij\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb marrin \u00e7do muaj shtesat e rritura nga qeveria, por jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata jetojn\u00eb realisht k\u00ebtu. Shifrat alarmante t\u00eb emigrimit q\u00eb i jep Agjencia e Statistikave, kan\u00eb detyruar Ministrin\u00eb e Financave t\u00eb nis\u00eb nj\u00eb aksion t\u00eb rrept\u00eb verifikimi. Q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb: zbulimi i familjeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb braktisur vendin p\u00ebr bashkim familjar, por q\u00eb po vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb ligjit nga skemat sociale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKa nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar dhe q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb banor\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konsideruesh\u00ebm i tyre q\u00eb i jan\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar kontrollit. Meqen\u00ebse procesi vazhdon, nuk e kam shifr\u00ebn e sakt\u00eb se sa prej tyre jan\u00eb larguar nga skema e p\u00ebrfitimit p\u00ebr shtesa p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb\u201d, tha Liridon Llozani, k\u00ebshilltar p\u00ebr media n\u00eb MPFVL\u00c7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sistemi aktual i shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb parave publike po p\u00ebrballet me kritika t\u00eb ashpra nga ekspert\u00ebt. Mungesa e kritereve t\u00eb qarta dhe mosnd\u00ebrlidhja e sistemeve elektronike mes institucioneve po shihet si nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi e hapur p\u00ebr keqp\u00ebrdorimin e fondeve shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cUn\u00eb e shoh problemin e shtesave si ndihma t\u00eb parregulluara me ligj, q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme, pa kritere t\u00eb qarta dhe q\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahen pa nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhje t\u00eb sistemeve q\u00eb e regjistrojn\u00eb popullat\u00ebn, p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb edhe papun\u00ebsin\u00eb e popullsis\u00eb. Tek ne konsiderohen t\u00eb papun\u00eb vet\u00ebm ata persona q\u00eb regjistrohen n\u00eb zyrat e pun\u00ebsimit, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dim\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e popullsis\u00eb nuk regjistrohet aty\u201d, tha Bardha Qirezi, hulumtuese dhe njoh\u00ebse e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve sociale dhe arsimore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alarmi vjen pas largimit t\u00eb mbi tridhjet\u00eb e shtat\u00eb mij\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve nga Kosova vet\u00ebm brenda nj\u00eb viti, duke ngritur dyshime se mij\u00ebra f\u00ebmij\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebrgim vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb paguhen nga buxheti i shtetit. Ndaj, p\u00ebr t&#8217;i m\u00ebnjanuar keqp\u00ebrdorimet e mundshme dhe hap\u00ebsirat p\u00ebr dyshim, Ministria e Financave ka nisur nj\u00eb aksion t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb krahasimit t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, duke paralajm\u00ebruar gjithashtu nj\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb re ligjore q\u00eb do ta rregulloj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u00c7\u00ebshtja e shtesave p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb, sikurse edhe disa skema t\u00eb tjera sociale, do t\u00eb rregullohet me ligj. Aty do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen t\u00eb gjitha kriteret dhe format e p\u00ebrfitimit. Procesi i verifikimit po b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrmes platform\u00ebs e-Kosova, por edhe p\u00ebrmes Departamentit t\u00eb Skemave Sociale, duke i krahasuar t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat tona me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat q\u00eb posedojn\u00eb institucionet e tjera\u201d.
