Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn shtetasi i n\u00ebnt\u00eb rus i vrar\u00eb gjat\u00eb arrestimit q\u00eb nga fillimi i vitit 2026 dhe&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/istories_media\/12951\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">i 87-ti<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;q\u00eb nga fillimi i luft\u00ebs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zyrtar\u00ebt e zbatimit t\u00eb ligjit pretendojn\u00eb se banori i Tyumenit kontaktoi nj\u00eb &#8220;p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb Kryesore t\u00eb Inteligjenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mbrojtjes s\u00eb Ukrain\u00ebs&#8221; n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Telegramit dhe, me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb tij, studioi orarin e trenave dhe sistemet e siguris\u00eb s\u00eb shinave, si dhe identifikoi &#8220;vende t\u00eb cenueshme&#8221; p\u00ebr vendosjen e nj\u00eb bombe. Pasi nd\u00ebrtoi pajisjen shp\u00ebrthyese, i dyshuari e la at\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb t\u00eb braktisur n\u00eb Tyumen. &#8220;Kur u kap n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, ai hapi zjarr me nj\u00eb arm\u00eb automatike ndaj oficer\u00ebve t\u00eb forcave speciale t\u00eb FSB-s\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfundimisht u neutralizua nga zjarri i kthimit&#8221;, deklaroi FSB-ja. Komiteti Hetimor Rus&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/sledcom_press\/30884\">raportoi<\/a>&nbsp;se kjo ndodhi nat\u00ebn e 19 korrikut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb vendngjarje u gjet nj\u00eb pushk\u00eb sulmi Kalashnikov me municione dhe pjes\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb pajisjeje shp\u00ebrthyese. Komiteti Hetues i Federat\u00ebs Ruse ka hapur nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje penale me akuz\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb sulmi terrorist (Pjesa 1 e Nenit 30, N\u00ebnparagrafi &#8220;a&#8221; i Pjes\u00ebs 2 t\u00eb Nenit 205 t\u00eb Kodit Penal Rus), trafikim i paligjsh\u00ebm i arm\u00ebve dhe municioneve dhe pajisjeve shp\u00ebrthyese (Neni 222 i Kodit Penal, Pjesa 1 e Nenit 222.1 i Kodit Penal) dhe tentativ\u00eb vrasjeje t\u00eb oficer\u00ebve t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb ligjit (Neni 317 i Kodit Penal Rus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb kontrolli n\u00eb apartamentin e t\u00eb vrarit, u sekuestruan arm\u00eb zjarri, pjes\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb bomb\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dhe telefona celular\u00eb, sipas Komitetit Hetues. Nj\u00eb video e publikuar nga agjencia tregon nj\u00eb burr\u00eb t\u00eb shtrir\u00eb n\u00eb dysheme n\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb t\u00eb paspecifikuar. FSB deklaroi se ata q\u00eb planifikojn\u00eb sulme terroriste n\u00eb Rusi &#8220;nuk mund t\u00eb presin but\u00ebsi&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jav\u00ebn e kaluar, forcat e siguris\u00eb&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/istories_media\/12872\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">njoftuan se<\/a>&nbsp;kishin penguar nj\u00eb sulm terrorist me dron\u00eb n\u00eb&nbsp;nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje strategjike &#8220;n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb banimi t\u00eb rajonit t\u00eb Mosk\u00ebs&#8221;. Nj\u00eb burr\u00eb q\u00eb i rezistoi arrestimit u vra gjat\u00eb sulmit.
