Drafti mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb ligjin p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, si dhe n\u00eb ligjin e ri nr. 39\/2025, \u201cP\u00ebr kontrollin e kufirit shtet\u00ebror\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb dokumentin zyrtar t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave sakt\u00ebsohet se qeveria vendosi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPropozimin e projektligjit \u2018P\u00ebr ratifikimin e marr\u00ebveshjes, nd\u00ebrmjet K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, p\u00ebr ngritjen e pikave t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb kalimit kufitar nd\u00ebrmjet Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut dhe kryerjen e veprimtarive t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb kontrollit kufitar\u2019, p\u00ebr shqyrtim e miratim n\u00eb Kuvendin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, sipas tekstit dhe relacionit q\u00eb i bashk\u00eblidhen k\u00ebtij vendimi.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vendimi mban firm\u00ebn e Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministres Albana Ko\u00e7iu, e cila e ka n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb munges\u00eb dhe me porosi t\u00eb Kryeministrit Edi Rama, duke hyr\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi menj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr efekt t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb brendshme qeveritare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zbatimi dhe hyrja n\u00eb fuqi e marr\u00ebveshjes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, zbatimi n\u00eb terren i k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb vet\u00ebm pasi t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllet i gjith\u00eb procesi legjislativ n\u00eb Parlament.
