Ky p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzim vjen n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb mungesash kritike t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e betej\u00ebs, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrallimit t\u00eb personelit, nj\u00eb r\u00ebnieje t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb vullnetar\u00ebve, perceptimeve p\u00ebr korrupsion t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur dhe rezistenc\u00ebs n\u00eb rritje ndaj m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si kryhet mobilizimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rreth 150,000 ushtar\u00eb ukrainas jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysm\u00eb milioni jan\u00eb plagosur q\u00eb nga fillimi i pushtimit rus n\u00eb vitin 2022.
