Prej vitesh, institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb qasje n\u00eb arkivat e Brigad\u00ebs s\u00eb 37-t\u00eb t\u00eb Motorizuar, t\u00eb cilat Ministria e Mbrojtjes e Serbis\u00eb i ka klasifikuar si sekrete deri n\u00eb vitin 2044.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebrkesa \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e procesit p\u00ebr personat e zhdukur dhe bazohet n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin se k\u00ebto dokumente mund t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb zbardhjen e fatit t\u00eb viktimave dhe n\u00eb hetimin e krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Sipas Humanitarian Law Center, brigada ka vepruar n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Drenic\u00ebs, ku jan\u00eb dokumentuar krime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda ndaj civil\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fshehja e trupave t\u00eb viktimave t\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb territorin e Serbis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt i dokumentuar n\u00eb hetime dhe procese gjyq\u00ebsore nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Pas luft\u00ebs u zbuluan varreza masive n\u00eb Batajnic\u00eb, Petrovo Sello, Peru\u00e7ac dhe Rudnic\u00eb, ku u gjet\u00ebn mbetjet mortore t\u00eb rreth 950 shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb transportuara nga Kosova n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb operacioni shtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr fshehjen e gjurm\u00ebve t\u00eb krimeve.
