Dyshohet se S.M. i \u00ebsht\u00eb afruar viktim\u00ebs A.M. teksa po hynte n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij dhe, fillimisht, i ka k\u00ebrkuar t\u2019ia dor\u00ebzoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha parat\u00eb q\u00eb kishte me vete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kur viktima ka refuzuar, i dyshuari dyshohet se ka nxjerr\u00eb nj\u00eb thik\u00eb, ia ka drejtuar n\u00eb bark dhe e ka k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar, duke e detyruar fillimisht t\u2019i dor\u00ebzoj\u00eb 20 euro. M\u00eb pas, n\u00ebn k\u00ebrc\u00ebnime t\u00eb vazhdueshme, viktima i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe 30 euro t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria thot\u00eb se kur i d\u00ebmtuari ka tentuar t\u00eb largohej, i dyshuari e ka kapur p\u00ebr qafe p\u00ebr ta penguar. Viktima ka arritur t\u00eb shk\u00ebputet dhe t\u00eb ik\u00eb me vrap, nd\u00ebrsa i dyshuari e ka ndjekur. N\u00eb at\u00eb moment ka nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmitare, e cila e ka ndaluar t\u00eb dyshuarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para se t\u00eb largohej nga vendi i ngjarjes, S.M. dyshohet se e ka k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar s\u00ebrish viktim\u00ebn me fjal\u00ebt: \u201cTi ke me e pagu shtrenjt\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, ja ti, ja un\u00eb, gjall\u00eb nuk ki me kon\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas raportimit t\u00eb rastit n\u00eb polici dhe veprimeve operative t\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb, i dyshuari \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar.
